You need to check your local regulations.

The alternative treatments are widely available
in most health food outlets.

As for the medications, Budesonide is available,
but many doctors do not prescribe it for Covid.

HCQ is available in some places,
but
has been banned in many places.
Sometimes all new prescriptions are prohibited,
even for lupus and rheumatoid arthritis,
for which it has been routinely prescribed for decades.

Sometimes it is available only for hospitalized patients,
instead of early, when it is most effective.

In the States, the different states have different regulations.
However, there is at least one online resource, https://webmd.com ,
which will send the prescription, where permitted,
or email the prescription to a local pharmacy, where that is permitted.

That brings us to Ivermectin. For many people,
this is the medication that is most readily available.
It is available online without a prescription in many places.
Why? It's widely used for farm animals as an antiparasitic.
Restrictions are happening.

A FINAL CRUCIAL QUESTION:

IF THE REMEDIES ARE KNOWN,
WHY ARE SO MANY PEOPLE
UNAWARE OF THEM?

The answer is obvious, and also not nice.

There are people, or groups,
for whom our well-being is not a priority.

That is the only logical conclusion.
Most people aren't aware that there are,
according to many studies
as well as anecdotal experiences,

because some people or some groups
do not want us to know them.

Why not?

Here is a logcial conclusion.

If we knew of the remedies,
there could be no lockdown, no social isolation,
no masks, no damage to the economy.

One of the most popular sports wagers is betting the point spread.

In simple terms, a point spread is a bet on how much the favorite team will win by.
