SPNATI is a community made project that has been running for a few years. Characters are made by individual people (or people working in a team). You can join the discord servers (in the subreddit side bar) to learn more.

Spnati.faraway-vision.io has every character and background that was ever available. Most characters are unfinished, abandoned or simply old and with lower qualities.
If you just want the offline version to have access to the full roster, you can actually play it here: https://spnati.faraway-vision.io/ It has all the characters and is kept up to date.

How to Play The poker featured in SPNatI is called 5 Card Draw. You are initially dealt 5 cards to start the hand and you choose cards to swap out for new cards. You can choose as many cards to swap out as you like, from none of them to all of them. The cards you select are the one you choose to swap, not keep.

In the Settings, spnati.net now also has a toggle to show Incomplete characters! But because Incomplete characters were never sponsored to the Main Roster, this toggle will allow these characters to be available only via the Testing Roster. So you can still play with them, but with similar limitations to what the Testing Roster characters have.

Bear in mind I've got a relatively old computer that doesn't like playing SPNatI to begin with; I've been unable to actually distinguish gifs in the game, as there's often a noticeable lag when switching poses anyway.
This version of the popular strip poker game is a storage place for incomplete characters and some of those that were retired from the main game at spnati.net. Along for the ride are some special guests!

Here's my entry. It's a SPNATI fanfiction called "Hate Date in Paris" staring two SPNATI characters (and guest starring another.) I think if you've played SPNATI and the characters involved, you should be able to follow what's going on. I made sure to explain all the important details, I think. Think of it as an episode length joint epilogue.
Note that the version of SPNATI on itch.io, under the hood, really just embeds a window to the main version of the game at spnati.net, so it doesn't really matter where you play--you still get the same experience.

Basically every spnati character does this when they reference some character from their source that isn't in the game, like "oh I wonder how (insert name here) is doing. They're kind of (insert personality trait here), but they're not so bad once you get to know them"
The SPNatI Model Repository is a place for artists to generously donate models they have made for other creators to write for and make for SPNatI.
