Infant GERD and Acid Reflux in Babies

I know babies spit up a lot in general. I burp halfway and at the end of breastfeeding, baby burps just fine. I feed him more upright too. And i still end up with him waking up in his own spit up several times. This is normal or no?
So my baby is 14 weeks and currently drinking enfamil gentlease neuro pro, she was combo feeding with breast milk but we have switched to exclusively formula fed as she was doing fine. Lately she has been spitting up way more. She’s only pooping...

So im a FTM so im honestly not sure about most things lol but I’ve been to my pediatrician they say my baby just has reflux but hes gaining weight super well so its no big deal but I feel like they just say oh he’s colicky with reflux hell be ok because he has bad gas and spits up and they just say that about every baby. His gas is so bad it wakes him up hes not sleeping well and hes not spitting up right after a bottle every tine sometimes it takes like an hour and a half and then he spits up everywhere. Ive included a pic of one of his spit ups… does it look normal? Do I just have a colicky spitty baby ? Hes both breast milk and formula fed because of my low supply. I just dont know if I should listen to the doc or theres actually something wrong and as I mom I feel like my baby should not be this uncomfortable
My baby is the exactly the same and we’ve tried literally everything under the sun. At this point, I think she’s truly colicky and just going through the pains of a developing digestive system. Going to try a different formula (third one, plus two diet changes for me) but not much hope!
ugh I’m on my third formula too! Trying organic Tuesday will make a week and honestly it’s the same if not a little worse 🫠… will probably go back on the Enfamil neuropro gentlease because I just don’t know at this point.
Has your pediatrician prescribed anything for the reflux? If not, I would definitely ask about it if your baby is spitting up an excessive amount. The acids in their spitup can cause damage to their esophagus. My ped has us on Prevacid and it works well for my daughter. It doesn’t change the amount she spits up, but it neutralizes the acid so it doesn’t hurt her. We also started making her bottles with 1/2 Gentlease (helps with her gas pains) and 1/2 Enfamil AR (has added rice for reflux babies). The combo works really well for her. She still gets gas pains, which I feel like is pretty normal. We just bicycle her legs as much as we can, and give gas drops if it’s severe. Hope this helps!
Im ganna ask my pediatrician about this! Ima have to make him an appointment hes so tired and just in so much pain I feel so bad for him.

10:55 AM PT -- Chris' rep tells us, "This is a ridiculous story, a complete fabrication and the result of an odd online illusion that is clearly deceiving and allows for foolish speculation. Just to be clear, Harry Styles did not spit on Chris Pine. There is nothing but respect between these two men and any suggestion otherwise is a blatant attempt to create drama that simply does not exist."
8:31 AM PT -- We've spoken with several sources close to Chris about the alleged spitting ... one tells us it absolutely did happen, and was perceived as a sign of disrespect by Chris. Other sources say Harry absolutely did not spit, and it only appeared that way on the video.
Major drama at the "Don't Worry Darling" premiere -- and we're not even talking about Olivia Wilde and Florence Pugh ... this one's all Harry Styles and Chris Pine , with an apparent spit attack.
The internet is fiercely debating whether HS hocked one onto CP's lap right before the film started playing at the Venice Film Festival Monday ... and people are torn.
Watch the video ... you see Harry walk up to his seat -- which is sandwiched between costars Chris and Gemma Chan -- and just as he's about to plop down, he appears to somewhat bend forward and purse his lips in a spitting fashion. It's all very fast and smooth.
From the clip alone, it's difficult to say with certainty he actually spit or not -- but Chris' reaction certainly seems to suggest he, at the very least, thought he might've been spit on.
