Your results are too blurry to read, but I could make out "post vasectomy" which means they ran the wrong analysis. Probably why your results make no sense.

Don't let them charge you for this test. If your doc ordered a full SA, that is what they should have done. This test is just basically are there any sperm? Yes or no. No details.

It's too pixelated to read the small print when blown up, but it's very clear they ran the wrong analysis. That's why "out of range" is highlighted in blue because it's a post vasectomy analysis, and they are expecting you to have zero. That also explains the "present" notation (sperm are present).
In a nutshell, these results tell you nothing, because it's the wrong test. Call the lab and confirm your doctor wrote a "post vasectomy reversal" order. It is more likely the lab (that does more post vasectomy tests) made the error. If so, demand your money back.
If you post a result in the future, print it out and post a picture of the paper itself, which should be much clearer. And only black out your personal information. It appears you blacked out info that could be helpful in giving feedback (like collection time and analysis time) which sometimes gives insight into motility results.

Yes, still have hope This is a post-vasectomy report and was run a full day after the sample was provided. They centrifuged the sample (probably per protocol for this test) and it is out of reference because there were more than 5 sperm seen in high powered field (that could mean 10 sperm, could mean hundreds...it would not specify on this type of test. You need a full semen analysis...Good luck!
