Aromatherapy uses fragrant oils extracted from herbs, flowers and fruits to naturally enhance the benefits of massage. Before each session begins, you can choose one of four unique oil blends to be used in your massage lotion. Enhance your next massage session for only $10.
(Also known as Swedish/ Relaxation Massage.) The most common term for massage, utilizing long fluid strokes over the entire body. Proven to ease muscle tension, promote relaxation, while using firm but gentle pressure. We also incorporate hot towels, heating pads and some stretching.
Also known as Therapeutic, Neuromuscular, or Myofascial, this massage is aimed at working on the connective tissue (fascia) and muscles that are unable to release on their own. While Deep Tissue is a broad term used in defining massage, there are many different modalities (types of massage) that can be incorporated into this terminology.
A vigorous massage that involves targeted muscle groups which are specific to the athlete and event. Will also include stretching, range of motion techniques, trigger point work and Swedish massage.

This therapeutic session is performed using the bodyCushion System that allows women to lay on their stomach, feeling completely supported at all times. Benefits include an increase in circulation, a decrease in swelling, a strengthening of the immune system and the reduction of pain and discomfort associated with strained, stretched or out of place muscles and joints. This massage also greatly improves the immune system. Prenatal Massage is also referred to as Maternity Massage or Pregnancy Massage.
Table Thai is a trademarked style of massage that was developed by Joel Sheposh, who resides in Phoenix, Arizona. It is Thai Bodywork that is performed on a massage table and combines pressure point techniques with a variety of stretching movements. The client is gently pulled, pushed and kneaded, but emerges relaxed, centered, grounded and re-energized.

Yes, Hailey, Mary, Delilah and Anna are avialble Mon- Saturday.
Do I need to wear any specific clothing?
Clients that schedule a Traditional Thai Massage are asked to wear comfortable clothing or yoga attire suitable for assisted stretching and mobility.

Yes, Gift Certificates / Gift Cards are available online! You will be directed to MindBodyOnline to purchase Gift Cards.
Out-call appointments are NOT available at this time.
Once you have scheduled your massage session, please arrive at Space a minimum of 10 minutes early to fill in a one page Health History Form and so that you can locate our studio without feeling rushed.
Clients who wish to change or cancel their appointment are kindly requested to provide 4 hours notice or 100% cost of the appointment will be charged.
It is always recommended to shower and have good oral hygiene prior to a massage session. Strong perfumes, lotions, scents, and smoking are NOT recommended prior to a massage appointment.
