This toddler pulled back the curtain on her mom’s life — but unfortunately, it was the shower curtain.
A mortified mom has gone viral on TikTok after she told the story of how her young daughter accidentally broadcast her live on Instagram while she was showering.
“I gave my toddler my cellphone to play a game while I took a shower. It was a preschool learning game that she plays often,” said the woman, who posts on the video-sharing app with the handle @bri.anna89 .
“Next thing I know she is knocking on my door asking me to help her fix something. I of course tell her to come in so I can help so she can keep playing. She hands me the phone while I am in the shower,” the mom continued.
“I quickly realize that my phone is broadcasting LIVE on Instagram. In my hand. While I am in the shower.”
Brianna’s TikTok post has racked up almost 26,000 likes and more than 700 comments, including one from a user who wrote: “CONGRATULATIONS!! You Win. Not sure anyone can beat that one!!!”
Another cheeky commenter asked how many people viewed her in her birthday suit, to which the mom replied: “No idea! I deleted it so quick I didn’t see any of that!”
Meanwhile, other parents of toddlers alerted their red-faced peer to a feature called “guided access,” which can restrict an iPhone to a single app.
