I wouldn't really call it a 'problem'. Its not really an issue for me. It only happens if the girl has a outie so no biggie. Don't know where you got the mistaken idea that innies are the normal. What I have read and seen, outies are more prevalent. And why you demean outies by calling them roast beef is also beyond me. And just for your info, all vaginas are innies since the vagina is the birth canal. What is on the outside is the vulva, and in particular you are referring to the labia. Although either is okay with me, my preference is tho one that offers me more to play with and suck on. So like many men, possibly most, I prefer outies.

Boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and have never had an issue like this. We have sex everyday and he has seen every part of my body and never said anything even remotely hurtful and criticizing.
Last week we were all at a friends house and somehow the topic became how all vaginas are different. My boyfriend then said at a point that he was skeptical at first when we were having sex because my vagina resembled roast beef. I was shocked and didn’t know what to even say.
