Scroll down to the end for guidance of how to report the websites.

🔷 I. Background🔷

Cat abusers gather via channels:

  1. Telegram

Most active platform. Volunteers have reported their Telegram groups almost 40 times. It's easy to get reported, but new ones are also easy to be created.

2. Cat Abuse Website

Therefore, they developed a specific website, serving as a centralized hub that connects Telegram users, since many of them are anonymous on Telegram itself. The website provides direct links to new Telegram groups and acts as a public communication channel. Anyone who finds the website (e.g., through a Google search) can potentially join the Telegram groups or monitor the activities within them.

The website’s infrastructure has ties to US companies. Cat abusers hide their hosting company through Cloudflare, the domain name is registered through Namesilio, and the registrant’s identity is shielded by PrivacyGuardian, based in Arizona.
