It is not "dressing and acting like a woman" when a self-hating, woman-hating man in a wig dresses and acts like a satanic zombie on his way to self-murder.
On a related note: it is not "dressing like a woman" when a deadbeat woman dresses and acts like a satanic zombie.
This is obvious in any culture where men do not let women or men dress and act like satanic zombies.
