🎁 Premium: Additional Options When Selecting Products
TGShops SupportFor users who have subscribed to Premium, we have introduced a new feature — additional options when selecting products! Now your customers can choose product variants or add extra options when placing an order.

What is it?
Additional options when selecting products allow you to add various variants or additional settings to your products. This can include selecting color, size, material, or additional ingredients.
Examples:
- Color: "Red" / "Black" / "Blue" / "Green"
- Size: "S" / "M" / "L" / "XL"
- Material: "Cotton" / "Silk" / "Linen"
- Add-ons to dishes: "Add cheese" / "Add spice" / "No onions"
- Device memory: "64 GB" / "128 GB" / "256 GB"
- Packaging: "Regular" / "Gift"
- Additional services: "Engraving" / "Gift card"
- Product format: "Digital" / "Physical"
- Flavor: "Vanilla" / "Chocolate" / "Strawberry"
and so on
Why is this needed?
- Product personalization: Allow customers to choose exactly what they want
- Increase sales: Offer additional options that may interest customers
- Improve customer experience: Make the purchasing process more convenient and flexible.
Where to enable?
1. Go to Builder Bot and click on "Premium" — a menu will open where you can activate the necessary function — select "Product Options" and enable it.
2. Go to CRM — additional tabs "Product Options" and "Product Option Categories" will appear in the left panel.

How to set it up?
"Product Option Categories"
Here you can add a general category (for example, "Shape", "Color", "Size", "Spiciness Level", etc.)
What needs to be filled:
- Name*
- Description (optional)
- Quantity available for selection* (how many options can be selected in this category? For example: if it's "Additional sauce", the quantity can be more than 1; but if it's "Size" — only 1)
- Specify whether the option selection is mandatory for the product*

"Product Options"
Here you can add options for products (for example, "Round" / "Square", "Red" / "Yellow", "Large" / "Small", "Spicy" / "Not spicy", etc.)
What needs to be filled:
- Name*
- Description (optional)
- Price* (if the option affects the cost; if the price does not change, specify "0")
- Product image corresponding to this option

How to link options to a category?
1. Go to the "Product Option Categories" tab
2. In the "Options in Category" column, find the product to which you need to link the option and click the "+" in the corresponding cell
3. Select the necessary options
4. If you need to create a new option, click "New Record" — a window will open where you can fill in all the necessary data

How to link products to which you want to add options?
1. Go to the "Product Option Categories" tab
2. In the "Products" column, find the product to which you need to link the option and click the "+" in the corresponding cell
3. Select the necessary product

How to use?
1. Customer selects a product: when viewing a product, the customer will see available options.
2. Selecting options: the customer selects the desired variants or additional options.
3. Placing an order: after selecting all options, the product is added to the cart with the chosen parameters.
