I put my notes on here about my findings and some are my interpretations based on decodes.
To me it means 11.1-11.12 will be carried out before declas or before public knowledge. 11.3 of course becomes public.
Some of my decodes will be based off of this info/drop so it will be helpful to tuck the knowledge away for a better understanding.
And yes some of these things have multiple meanings. Like chapters coincide with Markers or For God and Country etc.
