Всем странам был задан вопрос одинаковой формы + прикрепил вид польского проездного документа:
Dear [Embassy or Consulate] Staff,
I am considering visiting <country_name> and I have Belarusian citizenship, but now I live in Poland; my BY passport has expired, but the Polish government in this case provided a travel document that allows me to travel around the world and replaces the expired passport.
In addition to this document, I have a Residence Permit card that replaces a Visa for the Schengen Area.
To reduce the risks, could you confirm that this document (Polish Travel Document) is valid for <country_name> (see attached screenshots) and whether an additional visa is required to visit the country with such a set of documents.

In general, if a person from another country is a holder of a Polish travel document for foreigners, he or she may enter Argentina with this document.
In this case a visa is required. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a general explanation for your research. Therefore, we recommend that anyone wishing to enter Argentina with a Polish passport for foreigners should consult with us about their plans to travel to Argentina before the trip, in order to avoid problems when entering the country.

Вместо этого можно отправить запрос через платную электронную форму (каждый запрос стоит 2,74 фунта стерлингов (GBP). В эту стоимость входит первоначальное электронное письмо, а также все последующие электронные письма, которые вы отправляете по тому же запросу) или по телефону (звонки стоят 69 пенсов за минуту сверх стандартной сетевой платы)

Unfortunately, Vietnam does not accept travel documents (temporary passports). We only issue visas for a normal passport.

Referring to your email, please be informed, that as valid Polish Travel Document and Residence Permit holder, you may enter Georgia without visa. Your documents should be valid at the moment of crossing the Georgian border.
At the same time, please note, that the Georgian Border Guard determines who is allowed to enter Georgia and the Embassy has no control over this process.
If it's requested by Border Police, you should also be able to submit the proof of accommodation, round-trup ticket, health insurance and document proving sufficient financial means.

Dear Sir,
The documents required for obtaining a Macedonian visa are as follows:
I. For visa types A, B and C:
1. Application for visa; (in attachment)
2. valid and recognized travel document with a validity period of at least 3 months longer than the intended stay of the foreigner in the Republic of N. Macedonia;
3. color photograph on a white background which genuinely presents the applicant’s appearance ( 3,5 x 4,5 cm);
4. proof that the foreigner has previously paid the fee (60 euro) for the examination of the visa application;
5. documents for (individual or group) travel insurance (policy issued by an insurance company in the country of residence);
6. documents providing for the goal and circumstances of the intended stay in the Republic of N. Macedonia (the letter of guarantee from a person, i.e. the invitation from a legal entity must be verified by a notary public);
7. documents proving that the applicant possesses sufficient means of subsistence for the period of stay in the Republic of N. Macedonia and for the return to the country of arrival or for travel to a third country, or documents proving that the applicant is able to obtain such means in a legal manner (possesses ready financial resources in a domestic or foreign convertible currency, possesses a valid means of non-cash payment (credit cards, traveler’s checks etc), possesses real property and other means).

With Polish travel document for foreigners you can travel to Serbia, but you need visa. On website WelcometoSerbia you can apply for a visa. It takes several weeks that request for a visa is processed.

The Royal Thai Embassy launch an online stickerless e-Visa application platform on https://thaievisa.go.th/, which replace the current in person visa application procedures, for travellers from Poland and Ukraine starting from 01 November 2022 onwards. Residents of Poland and Ukraine (currently residing in these countries) may apply for e-visa. Proof of residency is required. Proof of residence can be either national ID Card or Driving Licence (Polish and Ukrainian nationals) and residence card/residence permit or other evidence that proves you are legally residing in Poland or Ukraine (non- Polish/Ukrainian nationals).
E-visa application process takes usually 10 to 15 working days from the date that all required documents have been uploaded, depending on the completeness of documents, type of visa, and nationality of the applicants.

Travel document holders must to apply for E-Visa before travel to Thailand. Travel document must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of arrival in Thailand. Please note that the decision to grant a visa is always be taken after verifying the visa application documents and the decision to grant entry permission to Thailand is taken by the Immigration Officer at the port of entry in Thailand.

Therefore, please be kindly informed that you should have your valid Polish travel document - that you attached and a valid Polish residence permit while entering Montenegro.

История 1 (получение визы: 06.03.2024): Получение визы на основании приглашения организации из Японии в рамках культурной деятельности.
История 2 (получение визы: 19.12.2024): Получение визы с туристической целью
- Были подготовлены документы, указанные на странице посольства Японии в Беларуси (+ польский ВНЖ и дополнительное фото 35х45 для внутреннего японского проездного документа, который выдаст посольство);
- Подача документов производилась в Варшаве (Adres: ul. Szwoleżerów 8, 00-464 Warszawa. Telefon: 22 696 50 00. Godziny otwarcia: 8.30 – 17.00 (pon.-pt.). Ambasada nieczynna w polskie i japońskie święta);
- Запись по номеру телефона, указанного на сайте посольства. О дате и времени посещения можно договориться во время звонка;
- Приблизительное время рассмотрения документов - 3 недели (долгое время ожидания связано с запросом в Токио из-за ДП);
- Маршрут: Краков-Хельсинки-Токио, Осака-Хельсинки-Краков через Finnair. Перевозчик был письменно уведомлен о путешествии с ДП, никаких вопросов не возникло. Посадка на рейс и внутренние перелёты в Японии также прошли без проблем.
