Philadelphia Cricket Club Celebrates 170 Years of Sporting Excellence

Philadelphia, PA – May 12, 2025 – The Philadelphia Cricket Club (PCC), the oldest country club in the United States, is marking its 170th anniversary this year, celebrating its rich history and continued influence in the world of sports and social camaraderie.

Founded in 1854, the club initially gained prominence as a hub for cricket, a sport that was rapidly growing in popularity in 19th-century America.
