There are only a few good things about to hotel what one is the location it is so close to the main town and over the road there is a shop called the twins shop what sells everything and next to the hotel there is a quad bike and buggy rental shop what is absolutely amazing and great people to deal with. Another thing is that the sea in a 2 minute walk what is very nice a bit rocky but nice and also a really nice Greek church what is great for a photo at sunset. After a couple of days and asking questions why, we were told it s because the restaurant bar gets very busy and they prepare the drinks by half filling the glasses in advance then top it up when ordered. Obviously after an hour or so, the gas disappears and goes flat. The bars in the hotel were clean and service was excellent including Nick from the pool bar. We booked the Greek night and the food was beautiful and too much for 2 people. The meze was good enough for 4 people but no complaints! Would like to comment that we have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the first time that no towels were allowed to be placed on sunbeds before 8 am, so no rush to go downstairs and find sunbeds. On arrival late at night we were greeted by a friendly staff member who explained about the hotel but sadly no refreshments were available after a five hour flight and hour and a half security wait. The room is quite modern with light control panels with no instructions if you press a certain button then the maid won't clean the room. On that subject, the maids don't clean the rooms well as much as tidy them. We've been here ten days and the sheets have not been changed although the towels are changed daily. The TV in the room only has international news channels which is a let down as most hotels now have access to a wider range of channels. It is a small hotel situated right on the beach and is a fifteen minute walk to Aya Napa. We have a side sea view room which is what it says in the brochure. The pool area has lots of comfy loungers with parasols so no need to reserve. The beach has lots of loungers and the sea is lovely and warm. The staff in the pool bar could do with a customer service course as a smile seems to be too much to ask when being served and the female lifeguard seems more interested in fashion and her phone than watching the pool. The food is good and every night has a different theme, again let down with some of the staff's lack of friendliness the two ladies being the exception. There is a good variety of food at all sittings. We noticed that the hotel seems to be under staffed and example is that the main bar is closed on a Monday as it's the barmans day off he's a very nice chap. The hotel has an indoor pool and gym which were never open whilst we were here for some reason. The entertainment is poor and often late at night. Atlantica Sungarden Park. Overall this was a fantastic holiday! We travelled as a couple and it suited us perfect! We had a swim up room which really added to the experience! The pool temperature was perfect and our room maid was pleasant and room was always spotless! Location wise is ideal as not in the hustle and bustle busy of Ayia napa but the coastal walk out along the front is only about 15 mins to get there so perfect balance of both! The hotel staff are brilliant and caring especially kostas he was very respectful and very nice and cared for us the 6 nights we were here and made sure we were safe. The hotel is located near the beach in the heart of the town. We got a double room. It was on the small side but it was clean. The bathroom lacked shelves or cupboards so toiletries had to be kept in bedroom which was annoying. The fridge was good. The breakfast was very good with an excellent variety. They only have regular black tea. They should restrict smoking to very limited areas away from public areas. This is an issue in Cyprus that needs addressing. The sun beds in the hotel are very comfy. We had a lovely stay in this hotel. Makronisos Village. Starting with the front of house, the receptionist lovely accommodating lady, blonde haired made sure we were safe and happy and answered all questions we had, just absolutely polite. Unfortunately some of the other reception staff came across quite sharpe in their manner, which came across rude, but they were still all very helpful and informative. Pool bar, food delicious, staff so friendly and created a brilliant atmosphere, pool was cleaned daily, needs a bit of attention but it was perfect for our needs. Buses to Ayia napa and surrounding area,are easy 1euro 50 cent each way ,2 euro 50 cent after 9pm or 5 euros for a day rider and use bus more than one trip. Cash only no cards. I wanted to share my fantastic experience during my recent holiday at the Okeanos Hotel in Ayia Napa from August 17th to August 27th, , specifically in Room The hotel was stunning both inside and out, providing a clean and inviting atmosphere. The management and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was in excellent condition, cleaned daily, and equipped with all the essentials, including slippers and tea and coffee facilities. The all-inclusive meal plan was exceptional, featuring delicious food at every meal, and the snacks were made to order. The variety of cocktails and drinks available was impressive, with the Caramel Frappes being a personal favorite! The pool and garden areas were well-maintained, and we appreciated the easy access to the beach. Sunbeds were readily available throughout the day around the pool, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun. I highly recommend the Okeanos Hotel as one of the best places I've stayed in Cyprus. Hotel Napa Suites Adults Only. Andreas you were fantastic organising everything for me, making sure my husband had an experience he will never forget. Balloons, in the room and around the private cabana by the rooftop pool, a cake, fantastic room and he even made sure there was my favourite wine ready for us, chilled to perfection. Alexandra the restaurant manager at the Courtyard, was so attentive and very generous, making us his special desert at our table, followed by a lovely liqueur at no cost, a birthday wish from him, yes and again another bottle of our favourite wine waiting for us. The wine was not on the menu but they made the effort to ensure it was available to us. The staff are all amazing too, Ali the waiter at breakfast and the lovely lady who cooked fresh eggs for us. Wasn't sure what to expect given limited reviews. But seriously Its a fab hotel. Looks like it has undergone a refurb, as rooms are pretty luxurious. Huge, comfy beds and a flat screen telly. Highly recommend. Nicholas Color Hotel. Recently returned after a lovely family holiday first time to Cyprus for all of us and weather did not disappoint. Hotel positives - very clean and modern with daily visits by the maids - reception staff very helpful providing extra pillows etc on request and able to give advice of the local area which was very central and ideal within walking distance of beaches, shops and nightlife - which was helpful due to the lack of entertainment at the hotel. This did not cater to families who then had to resort to going out of the hotel to find alternative entertainment venues to suit a family - therefore not a particularly good use of the all inclusive package - which was a shame as the all inclusive drinks options was quite extensive compared to other places we have stayed offering a large range of cocktails, beers and spirits. During the day you had to be up pretty early to get a sun-bed in the pool area. The pool itself was lovely and warm which was an helpful as you were unable to leave children unsupervised due to the pool being all one depth. There is a very small children's pool with a slide however our youngest 5 preferred not to play in there due to the sheer capacity of children AND adults who took to sitting in there! Food - breakfast was as expected offering cereal, continental and cooked with the bonus of freshly made pancakes much to the delight of our children. Lunch - nice choices however we regularly ate from the snack bar as more accommodating for the family needs. Evening meals VERY repetitive with very little choice or variety for the children and even the adults becoming fed up after a few days thank goodness for mcdonalds which was literally next door one very small improvement could be to offer ice cream as a dessert in the restaurant as other than fresh fruit there was nothing they would eat. While we would be unlikely to stay again with young children we would not rule out as returning as adults only holiday or much older children. This hotel was everything I was looking for. The hotel was perfect. The room was clean and they offered free drinks and candy when we arrived. It was located just by the beach and we had a beautiful view. The staff was super friendly and helped with everything. The food was amazing and it was very calm. My husband used the gym and thought it was great too. We had such an amazing stay here that we are coming back this year too. In October every year they have the midieval festival, and the parade starts just a few minutes outside of the hotel. If you are traveling to Ayia Napa in October this is not something you want to miss. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby too. I recommend Fiji and Avra. If you want to go to Nissi Beach it takes around minutes to walk. The Limanaki beach is okay, but not as nice as Nissi Beach. If you want to swim a lot I suggest picking a hotel closer to Nissi Beach, but if you like good restaurants, bars and shopping, I would suggest staying here. Arrived late in the evening missing dinner. Reception arranged sandwiches and drinks in room. As we were leaving late on final day lunch was available to us even though we were half board.
