How To Pay
📌 After contacting @uk_orders and telling them your preferred currency (BTC/ETH) it is also critical that you inform them of where you are sending your funds from i.e from a private wallet or an exchange, and if so, which exchange. This is especially true if sending from Moonpay, which carries very high fees. Orders will advise you from here.
IMPORTANT - You are responsible for covering network fees - always send slightly over the calculated rate to ensure fees are covered. If you don't know the network fees applicable for sending from your chosen wallet, ask the orders team to help.
📌 Tip: Many users have had crypto exchange accounts frozen as a result of sending coins to vendors "hot" wallets. One way of preventing this is to get your own offline wallet and sending your coins there from the exchange. Then sending your payments from that wallet.
📌 When sending your crypto payment do not put any information in about us, your purchase or any of your personal details. This shouldn't really need saying, but yes, people have.
📌 Calculate the total cost and purchase your Bitcoin or ETH. There are many online convertors that will do this for you (in the same way you can find the conversion rate for GBP to a foreign fiat currency).
📌 Contact @uk_orders and request a BTC address or ETH address. Every order.
📌 Send the required amount, always adding a few extra £ to cover price fluctuations and and network fees. Failure to do this can result in short payment and cause a delay with your order.
📌 Wait for your payment to confirm on the blockchain. Once confirmed, return to the How To Order page and complete the necessary steps to complete your order.
Remember @uk_orders will never message you first. Always ensure that you're speaking with this username. Any other username is almost certainly a scam for which we bare no responsibility for. Please be diligent.
