A Vietnamese national has been arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation NBI for 'selling illegal drugs' using ride-hailing service. The NBI said the operation was conducted after the NBI-DDD learned that the suspect has been selling illegal drugs which were being delivered using a ride-hailing service. With the information, it said agents of the NBI-DDD conducted a test buy and bought from the Vietnamese one gram of ketamine and a piece of ecstasy that were delivered through a ride-hailing service. With the delivery of the ordered illegal drugs, the NBI-CCD hatched a buy-bust operation with poseur buyers placing an order for P20, worth of ketamine and ecstasy.
