There’s no question that Bachelor in Paradise is the most successful Bachelor Nation show at creating lasting relationships. The seventh season wrapped in October 2021, which added even more couples to the list who found love in Sayulita, Mexico, thanks to ABC. Hopefully, more gorgeous couples will come together during season 8 , which premieres on September 27.
Some duos — like Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour — are letting their love bloom, while others like Tanner Tolbert and Jade Roper have already walked down the aisle and started a family .
While these couples had storybook endings in Paradise , the pressure can be a lot when returning to their real lives. Jade and Tanner opened up about the ups and downs of their relationship in 2020 when they appeared on Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars .
“I was definitely nervous because on the show we met on, it’s all roses and happiness,” Tanner admitted at the time during an interview with People . “This airs a different light on the relationship. But I think everyone that is married or in a serious relationship, they have the good and the bad. And, you know, it’s important to work on the bad to make it a better relationship going forward.”
Jade also acknowledged that “there’s a lot of pressure” post-show. “People are like, ‘Oh we look to you for inspiration, you’re our role models, you’re what love should be,’” she explained. “We hope that people can still look and be like, ‘Oh gosh, they have problems just like we do, and that’s inspirational as well.’”
That’s why many couples take their time walking down the aisle after meeting or getting engaged on the reality dating show. Hannah G. told Life & Style in 2020 she and fiancé Dylan were “ really enjoying being engaged ” and “spending this quality time together.”
“We’re so excited for what the future holds for us!” the Alabama native gushed at the time. “It’s crazy to imagine that just about a year ago, Dylan and I were getting to know each other on the beach in Mexico.”
Although they’re in no rush to get married, Hannah noted she’s still thinking about what their future nuptials will look like . “I’d say decor-wise, I’m a mix between timeless, earthy and a hint of Parisian!” she dished about their big day.

Jade and Tanner were the first big success story from Bachelor in Paradise . To this day, they’re still the most referenced couple when stars talk about what they’re hoping to get out of Paradise . The pair met during season 2 of the show, and they immediately hit it off!
The pair was so sure of their connection that they got engaged on the show. The following season, they had a massive, beautiful TV wedding.
It’s been years since the pair met on TV, and they’re still going strong. The reality TV duo wed in January 2016, and they’re loving parents to daughter Emmy and sons Brooks and Reed !
Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon certainly have the most unique story from Bachelor in Paradise . The duo met on season 2, and Ashley quickly fell head over heels for Jared.
Jared, though? Not so much. He wanted to date other people, but Ashley’s tears and breakdowns prevented him from making any other connections. The same thing happened again on season 3.
Somehow, the two remained friends. Three years later, Jared finally came around, telling Ashley he’s in love with her. The pair got engaged during season 5 of BiP , tied the knot in August 2019 and announced in July 2021 they were expecting baby No. 1 . Ashley then gave birth to their son, Dawson Demitri Haibon, on January 31, 2022, having revealed to Life & Style that they named their baby after the Titanic character, Jack Dawson, played by Leonardo DiCaprio .
“It’s Ashley’s favorite movie of all time,” Jared said on January 18. “She told me when we were first together that she loved the name Dawson. It’s always been Dawson.”
Raven Gates and Adam Gottschalk are the sole surviving couple from season 4 of Bachelor in Paradise . The couple decided not to get engaged on-screen, but the reality stud did get down on one knee in June 2019.
They got hitched in April 2021 and announced three months later that Raven was pregnant with their “honeymoon baby.” The two then welcomed their son, Gates, on January 18, 2022.
Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt were the strongest couple from the beginning of BiP season 5. Fans were crushed when they broke up during the finale. Luckily, they reunited post-filming and revealed that they’re still very much in love. Astrid moved to Canada, and they got engaged in September 2019 . The adorable duo’s 2020 wedding also got postponed amid the pandemic, but in May 2021, they revealed they were expecting baby No. 1.
They later welcomed their son August “Auggy” on November 20, 2021.
Dylan Barbour only had eyes for Hannah Godwin during the entirety of season 6. Blake Horstmann caused a bit of drama for the couple toward the beginning of the season, but the blonde beauty quickly fell head over heels for the California native. Dylan got down on one knee during the finale and she said yes!
The duo are still together but haven’t announced a wedding date yet. They bought a new house together in San Diego in 2022.

Van life! Dean Unglert broke things off with Caelynn Miller-Keyes in Mexico but surprised everyone when he returned to win her back. The two left the beach together and are still dating. They own a house together in Las Vegas, Nevada.
After many ups and downs on the beach, Kenny Braasch and Mari Pepin got engaged during the Paradise season 7 finale in October 2021.
The couple still share their life with fans on social media, such as when Kenny uploaded a sweet photo of them together via Instagram in February 2022. “Happy Valentine’s Day to my new roommate,” he captioned the post .
“My everything,” Joe Amabile gushed over Serena Pitt via Instagram after they got engaged during season 7 to which she responded, “Love of my life.”
Serena posted her own sweet message while confirming their relationship after the finale. “And it’s only the beginning,” she captioned a photo snuggling Joe via Instagram, in addition to many more through the beginning of 2022. The pair moved to New York City together in 2022.
Although Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb split before the season 7 finale, the pair got back together once they left the beach and are still going strong in 2022!
“I love you,” the brunette beauty captioned a montage video in October 2021 showing what she and boyfriend Noah had been up to after reuniting.
Becca Kufrin broke things off with Thomas Jacobs in Mexico before fantasy suites. However, they began dating again off-camera and are still happy together.
“I’m sorry for breaking up with you on national television, but I’ll take every day to make it up to you, Tommy,” the former Bachelorette wrote via Instagram after the season 7 finale. “Thanks for making my heart smile far more than it ever has. Now time to start this real life.”
In May 2022, the couple announced via Instagram that they are engaged just seven months after their reconciliation — and Becca was the one who proposed to Thomas!

If you’re a member of Bachelor Nation, you may want to know which Bachelor in Paradise couples are still together after their summer of drama in Mexico.
Bachelor in Paradise premiered in August 2014 as a spinoff of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette that invites past contestants to Mexico to look for a second chance at love with each other. Here’s how Bachelor in Paradise works: The show starts with 20 or so alums from The Bachelor and The Bachelorette who meet with the hopes of forming a connection with each other.
At the end of each week, either the men or the women give out roses. Contestants who don’t receive a rose are sent home. The next week, more Bachelor and Bachelorette alums are invited to the season, and the gender who didn’t give out roses the previous week now have a chance to hand out roses to the contestants they’ve formed the strongest relationship with.
By the end of the season, the contestants are offered a chance to have an overnight date with no cameras or microphones (much like Fantasy Suites on The Bachelo r and The Bachelorette .) After the overnight dates is the finale, where contestants either choose to break up or get engaged. Like The Bachelor and The Bachelorette , Bachelor in Paradise also has an “After the Final Rose” special, where contestants reunite to hash out drama and update viewers on their relationship.
