High School DxD has been away for awhile now, but that will all change this spring. The franchise announced a fourth season will be dropping in 2018, and Passione just let fans know when it is going live. So, you better mark your calendars for April.
According to new reports, High School DxD will head back to TV starting in April 2018. There is no exact date tied to the premiere, but fans are simply happy to know when the franchise will make its comeback.
Last October, fans got their first-look at High School DxD and its fourth season. The anime dropped a teaser for the show online, and it shows Issei Hyodo and his harem of busty followers go on another devilish adventure.
If the reports are right, High School DxD will adapt its manga's ninth and tenth volumes. So, fans can expect to see guys like Sairaorg Bael and Cao Cao step into its anime spotlight this April.
So far, the show's main vocal cast is expected to return for this new series; However, the same cannot be said for High School DxD 's production team. Yoshifumi Sueda is coming on to direct the fourth series after Tetsuya Yanagizawa oversaw the first three. Kenji Konuta will act as the show's writer while Makoto Uno oversees character designs. Passione will produce the anime as opposed to the Studio TNK.
If you are not familiar with High School DxD , then you should know the series is one rooted in supernatural adventures and gratuitous fan service. The story follows a boy named Issei Hyodo who is best known for his perverted ways. After being asked on a date, the boy is killed when the girl turns out to be a fallen angel. Issei is revived by a busty classmate of his named Rias who is a devil herself, and she contracts the boy to become her new pet as she reincarnated him into a devil during his resurrection.

HighSchool DxD Tetsuya Yanagisawa’s novel based series is getting Season 4 , the sequel has gathered a lot of positive response from the on lookers.Season 3 last episode aired on June 20, 2015. The new season has got an official confirmation. As fans are excited to know more details lets keep going.
What are you, as a fan expecting? Any adventure! we’d like to reveal what’s gonna come up this time. The season 4 would be showing some adventure during the travel journey of Issei.
Situations may arise where there would be some fighting scenes. But wait, who’s gonna do that? Issei and Loki! Yes, there would a scene where they get into some fight. The opening of the season will give a look on Loki, the Lord of Asgard. Loki actually goes hunting for his freedom from the underworld lock-up.
What he tries is just to change everything that Issei has done. For that Loki would be using his control to change time line of the tale. Now, that there’s gonna happen some issues between them, how can Issei just give up. So, Issei has to make plans to get a caught of Loki with his unforeseen friends that came from the future period. What’s astonishing is that these friends would be the future children of Issei.
Season 4 may act as the final conclusion since it may come up with the end of the tale. Issei would get his revenge on Loki and would fulfill his wish. This seems to be a happy ending.
For the release date, everyone needs to wait as there’s no official announcement of such. There’s no doubt about the confirmation for the new Season. But it’s’ just that it sounds too early to make out any official date for High School DxD season 4. The work for new installment still holds in progress.The show team wants us to give out a much more revealing thing than before. So, the wait is just for raising our curiosity level. Possibly, we are assuming to get the look of the show in the year 2017 itself. Ending period of 2017 may be gratified by the sequel.
Some of you may not have viewed the earlier seasons. For the new viewers, I’ll give you a little description of what the show is. The main focus of the tale lies on Issei Hyodo. Issei is a student in a high school who belongs to Kuoh Academy.Sadly, he gets murdered by his first date. He’s saved by an devil. Now that his savior is an dvil soul, he’d done his help with a purpose. Issei shakes hands with the one who saves his life. The Demi-human is Rias Gremory, the president of the Highschool Occult Research Club. the sequel cast three seasons before consisting of 12 episodes in all.

Hey i just watched all the DxD seasons and damn they are good, the story line is great and got me hooked. Is there a announced season 4 or still have to wait since season 3 just ended. Has there been a news lately?
It hasn't been greenlit yet, but with DxDs popularity I'm almost sure that there will be a season 4. Just don't know when.

How can any dude not like this show. It's a constant stream of either a perfect male pornagraphic fantasy or epic battle scenes with an interesting backstory. Happy to hear season 4 is about here.
I think I might be around a year or so. but they do have enough material for at least 3 season
Unfortunately it has not been confirmed there will be a season 4. The possibility if definitely there though and there's a large amount of story lines left (the anime for the most part covers volumes 1-7, there's 19 volumes released with the 20th out in July). To give you an idea of the past timeframe between season. Season 1 premiere was early January 2012, Season 2 was July 2013, and Season 3 (Born) was early April of this year (Announced amost exactly a year ago in June 2014). So it could be a year before they announce season 4.
BUT!! I'm almost positive there's supposed to be some Specials this season sometime in the future. Something like 6 mini episodes (3-5 minutes long if they follow Season 1 format). From what I read they'll be similar to season 1's, where it's usually fan service galore with little plot.
Here's a link to those Season 1 specials if you don't know about them. There entire purpose is fan service, they're not meant to really tell a story. But if you are wanting more anime stuff you might as well give them a watch. I haven't heard when to expect the new specials, though the info might be out there somewhere.

(If this is a reference to the Let's go Onsen short story I'll be so happy. Though I'd be surprised as specials are usually pretty short, so I'm not expecting it. But it's what popped into my head when I read the title. Timeline is off though, that story doesn't take place for another 6-7 volumes. But I can see them skipping the actual plot part and it all be fan service.)
