Nice hotel, big bedroom and comfortable mattress, the price is really good and the location very strategic. In the night, no noise from the night life , we appreciate also the complete breakfast (included on the price). The staff, was so helpful and kind, they speak English better than most italian people. We stayed there almost 1 week and when we moved in phiphi island, they keep our luggages for free. Thanks for everything we will be back for sure

Came for dinner on evening and the place wasn't especially busy. Greeted quickly and shown to a table. Wide choice of food on the menu including Thai food and western food. Drinks menu also has a good choice. Food was nice enough but nothing that was above and beyond. Everything done quickly and it was all reasonably priced. Much like most of the restaurants in the area so nothing outstanding but if you're hungry it'll do the job.

Randomly picked the restaurant on a walk around the area. Ordered a few dishes off the Thai and starter menu for my girlfriend and I with prices being reasonable. The food was quick however the quality wasn't the best, very similar to a lot of Thai/Western restaurants around the area! They offered us 10% off our final bill which was nice. We didn't take advantage of the free salad bar, however it is offered along side free wifi.

Booked here for four nights, clean comfortable rooms, with air con small terrace , room very clean and nice. All you need if you are on a budget. Very central for the beaches in Kata Beach and the restaurants. Like I said, Price is right....

A small nice hotel, with kind employees :) Cozy place to stay compared with the price. Cleaning when you want it - just let your "Cleaning room" sign hang outside your door when you left. You also get 1 bottle of water for free everyday :) Me and my friend enjoyed our stay for 3 weeks here.

Dinner in Kata Beach. Chose this restaurant randomly. At this time they offered 10% discount on food + there is a complimentary salad bar. I ordered massaman chicken curry & my husband ordered Phad Thai with chicken. My curry was very tasty & I thoroughly enjoyed it not overly spicy, just enough kick in it. The Phad Thai was very good. We also tried some prawn cakes which were good. Would recommend this restaurant for dinner.

Sooo disappointed by this place. Quality of food low standard. Got pork ribs, tasted horrible. Asked for mash potato, got chips, so changed it, but mash also very poor. Partner got thai local dish, very tasteless. Given how much good selection in Kata, this place needs to lift. Would not go back

Had three rooms for 5 days this week. Other reviews say the staff are unfriendly, I would qualify that - this is just the reception Staff who were indeed unfriendly to the point of rudeness, however the restaurant staff and even the maids were charming and wonderful. The rooms were clean and of a great standard (our toilet had a flush issue, but we didn't really care, we worked around it). Rooms serviced daily, new towels, water in the fridge. All good. Our big problem came when we trusted the lovely smiley lady in the booth in the restaurant to book our onward trip. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! She was either naive, inexperienced, incompetent or we were taken for a ride! We booked 6 ferry tickets from Phuket (via PhiPhi) to Lanta. We now know she went 3ft. (next door) to the Massage Shop where she bought the tickets. They took the money and bought some tickets through P.Transport Phuket. One, some or all of the above ripped us off spectacularly! Whatever you do book nothing with any of these people. All denied responsibility and all blamed each other. They even denied (separately) that I had bought the ticket - which clearly stated my journey and the price! With a PAID stamp on it! You can book ferries online, you can organise your own transfer there, really easy.... The reason we did it through her was that she was so sweet and seemed so helpful......DON'T DO IT! The hotel was great, the restaurant staff marvellous, the food; hmmm good - certainly, but a little sanitised (I'm not the first to say that and I concur). But avoid the little triumvirate mentioned above - so unnecessary, especially when one of my children had been in hospital the day before - and she knew it! When it hit the fan, all (bar the Massage shop lady called Tak, who was there but denied any responsibility in anything) did a runner - in the case of P.Transport Phuket the big shouty lady owner and her lacky literally ran the minute they actually looked at our original ticket! We wer e left on a pavement in the middle of somewhere(??!) with a sick child and no help or idea what was happening, Extraordinary. Sorry to put everything on this Hotels' review, but it all originated here and there doesn't seem to be any other outlet! …

This is a good value (for Phuket!) hotel, an easy walk to the beach, with nice big rooms. The restaurant is above average for a tourist place, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. just do not expect "real" thai food, it is dumbed down for tourists.The only real bad point is the wifi ....it disconnects regularly, sometimes every 5 minutes or so. If that is not important to you then "Mai pen rai", but if you need to work online or keep in contact with work or home then it will frustrate you no end !

This hotel is off the main street, but has great air conditioned rooms with nice balconies, elevator service, tv, fridges and wifi. Very quiet and comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant is clean and has a salad bar included with most evening meals. Free but a little spotty wifi, and prices are under 1,000 BHT
Room Tip: All floors are good, and I was on 2nd and 3rd. Side rooms have a better view than the back rooms.

Many restaurant around Kata offer discount because Corona situation. The Outdoor also have a light Corona menu card with prices about 30 % less. Her large Chang beer cost now only 85 Baht. That’s why I eat often my crab curry and Spring rolls there.... A famous menu for a good price. More
A very popular place, and it is easy to see why. A wide variety of choice on the menu, all at very reasonable prices. We have visited here twice already, and plan to do so again before we go home.
Very friendly staff who are... also very attentive, and the food that we have had so far has been delicious.

Beautiful hotel, Deang was a great hostess, very friendly and always smiling, all the staff were wonderful and , breakfast was amazing and a huge selection available, rooms cleaned everyday and nice pool

I ate at this establishment every night and I must say that the food was....literally to die for, nothing tasted alike and all the dishes were authentic. The chef definitely did there thing

The food was not as good as any of the other restaurants in the area and the prices were higher. Maybe it's the location on the corner. Restaurant decor was average along with the service but I sampled a steamed curry in a Coconut which was incredible and one of the nicest things I came across in my travels. Worth a visit if your in Kata!
We’ve passed the Outdoor Restaurant on a number of occasions and it’s always looked busy so we thought we’d give it a go (should have checked TripAdvisor first). The setting, the staff, the food are all distinctly average and not even cheap. I presume it’s... so popular because they do a cheap set menu (some parts self-service) and this appears to be an attraction to the many Russian visitors. I’d advise you to give it a miss! More
