Questions & Mysteries What happened to the Oro Jackson ?

It hasn't been told what happened to the legendary ship that transported the Pirate King and his crew after the separation of the Roger Pirates and the surrender and consequent execution of Gol D Roger.

What could have possibly happened to the Oro Jackon ? Has it been destroyed ? Does it still exists ?
If yes who could have possibly gotten his/her hands on the legendary ship after the end of the Roger Pirates ?
It was closed about a year ago lol

Jokes aside maybe they burned it or, who knows, Scopper or somebody else could have used it to go back to Raftel and guard it so that we will see it again when the SH reach Raftel.

No, but for real. I think it must still exist. Someone who was very close to Roger probably kept it safe and the Straw Hat's will visit it one day. That is a must imo. I highly doubt Oda would not let Luffy go on board of the the PK's ship. It's a legendary ship and the Sunny will one day become on too.

Though I have no idea where it could be.

Just watch Scopper entering Onigashima with the rest of Roger Pirates remnants on the Oro Jackson!

I think there are two possibilities:
1. Whoever the helmsman was Roger asked him to destroy Oro Jackson to make it clear that Roger Pirates are over.
2. Roger told either Scopper or Rayleigh or so-called helmsman to hide the ship away from the world.
I hope it's still around. Imagine during the final war we get a double spread with Rayleigh aboard the Oro Jackson making a surprise appearance to help turn the tides of the situation.

The Oro Jackson was the ship built by Tom for Gol D. Roger and the Roger Pirates . [1] It is the only known ship that has sailed to the end of the Grand Line .

The Oro Jackson was made from wood hewn from the treasure tree " Adam ", the same wood is used during the creation of the Thousand Sunny, the ship that belongs to the Straw Hat Pirates . The figurehead of the ship appears to be a pair of mermaids alongside a forward-facing cannon. The ship had three masts, with red sails and a Jolly Roger on the foremast. The sails also have a vertical stripe design. In the center of the ship is a large polka-dotted egg. [2]

The ship was built by Tom at Water 7 and was sailed from there.

It was seen during the Edd War , against Shiki and his fleet of ships. The ship's crew were able to defeat Shiki's fleet and left apparently undamaged.

The Oro Jackson eventually reached Laugh Tale in the New World , becoming the only ship known to do so since the Void Century . The crew then disbanded, and it is unknown what became of the ship.

While by normal standards, a shipwright who built a pirate ship will not be charged of any crimes as they have no control over the pilots of the ship, Tom was made a special case for building the Oro Jackson, as the client was Roger. Tom was ultimately sentenced to death, though he did proudly proclaim he built the ship, showing neither regret nor denial. [1]

Franky , one of Tom's protégés, dreamed of creating a ship that would surpass the Oro Jackson. Although his dream had been shattered when Tom was executed, it was revitalized upon meeting the Straw Hat Pirates and with the creation of the Thousand Sunny , also built from Adam tree wood. The Thousand Sunny has yet to achieve Franky's dream, though he joined the crew and serves as the shipwright.
