This man in North Carolina was seen exposing himself on his own property, which has met the ire of his neighbors.

A North Carolina man is getting the shaft from the rest of his neighbors who are fed up with seeing his genitals as he walks around naked inside and outside his home for the past decade.
The neighborhood in Charlotte, North Carolina, has come together to ask for the police to stop this man’s frequent birthday suit display. They claim he has stood on his own porch in the nude on a regular basis, but police have said the man isn’t breaking any laws, according to WBTV .
A Charlotte-Mecklenburg police spokeswoman told the TV station “Since it is not a criminal incident, it was documented in the ‘call for service’ but there is no report.”
As you can see in the photo above, the man is exposing his entire body to the public, but he is on his own private property. The neighbors have reached out to other agencies to try and get the man to stop his streak of casual attire, but so far no efforts have succeeded.
Now this type of behavior in a public place in Texas would potentially warrant an indecent exposure charge, but it’s a little different when it comes to private property.
The Texas Penal Code states that a person may receive a Class C misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct if a person exposes their genitals to someone. If someone is offended by the nude display, then the rule may apply to nudity on private property, as well.
