The ForeRestore works by attaching itself to the shaft skin . With the solid cone pushing inwards on the glans countered by the sliding cone pulling outwards on the shaft skin , stretching occurs thereby inducing the process of tissue generation and the production of new inner and outer foreskin. The shaft skin will also be stretched adding to the total increased length of the skin -tube. Fastest and best results are obtained if the use of the ForeRestore is alternated with periods of rest. It is during the rest periods that most of the new skin growth occurs.

The ForeRestore combines the functionality of a tugger and a dual tension device.

A clamp for reversing male circumcision includes three parts. A bell and shaft portion (R1); a slider portion with a first cone fitting coaxially over the bell and shaft and a second separate cone (P5) that also fits and slides coaxially over the bell and shaft portion (R1). The clamp is attached to the circumcised male penis by pushing the slider down the slider down the shaft until the first cone rests on the bell. A spring (P6) is compressed and the slider and shaft are locked in this position using thumb screw (P2). The underside of the bell is placed against the glans of the flaccid penis and the user pushes apportion of 'shaft skin' over the bell and onto the first cone. The second cone, of a rubber like material is positioned over the skin and pushed towards the glans such that the skin over the first cone is locked in place. The thumb screw is released and the spring is allowed to slowly expand and thus exert and stretching force on the shaft skin of the penis.

The Medical Skin Clamp is comprised of three main parts - the bell and shaft, the slider and the cone (see pics). It works by attaching itself to, and stretching, the shaft-skin of the penis. This promotes new skin generation with consequent lengthening of the skin-tube and the resultant formation of a new foreskin.
THE MEDICAL SKIN CLAMP (MySkinClamp) - A tool for the reversal of male circumcision. Worn for a few hours a day, in less than two years this invention will help create a new foreskin (prepuce) in previously circumcised males.
