MyRepoBot - Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat - TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyRepoBot - Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat application ("the Application"), which enables integration between Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, and Google Chat™. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Application.

The Application allows users to integrate Github, Gitlab, Bitbucket, code collaboration and version control tools, with Google Chat™, a messaging platform by Google. This integration helps get notifications about Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket events through the Google Chat interface.

User Responsibilities

a. Account: To use the Application, you may need to have an account in one of the tools: Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

b. Compliance with Terms: You agree to use the Application in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any additional guidelines provided by MyRepoBot - JGithub/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat™. You will not use the Application for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.

c. Data Privacy: By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that certain data from Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket and Google Chat may be accessed, processed, and stored by MyRepoBot - Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: The Application, including all intellectual property rights, is owned by Redwerk OÜ. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Redwerk OÜ.

b. Use of Trademarks: You may not use the MyRepoBot - Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat name, logo, or any other trademarks without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

a. No Warranty: The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. MyRepoBot - Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Application.

b. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyRepoBot - Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat and its developers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Application or any violation of these Terms.

c. Limitation of Liability: MyRepoBot - Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the Application.

Modification and Termination

MyRepoBot - Github/Gitlab/Bitbucket for Chat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Application or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Redwerk OÜ regarding the Application and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
