Kristy was born in May 1994 in Aurora, Colorado, USA. Her parents and siblings, if any, are not in public. Additionally, her ethnicity and religion are a mystery.
However, the former beauty queen attended a local high school before pursuing higher education . So, ''where did Kristy Althaus go to college?'' The precise institution is unknown, but she started modelling while still in school.
In 2012, Kristy participated in the Miss Colorado Teen USA pageant. She came out second after Jacqueline Zuccherino. However, her position meant that she could step in if the winner could not fulfil her duties.

Shortly after the clip's release, the pageant promoters, Future Productions, erased all references to the beauty queen . In addition, they removed her name from the official website and deleted a YouTube video where the competition's results were announced.
Surprisingly, there was no confirmation that Kristy was the one on the video. The Miss Teen Colorado 2012 runner-up deleted her Twitter account when the drama unfolded. Neither Althaus nor the event promoters made an official statement about the scandal.
The incident raised diverse reactions from netizens globally, claiming that she didn't do anything unlawful. However, others believe she went against the Donald Trump-owned event's moral code.
Rumour has it that the former runway model took up adult videos as a full-time career. Althaus was previously linked to NFL player Derek Wolfe, who played for Denver Broncos. After the video emerged, he came out to publicly support his lover on social media, declaring his love and affection for her.

A former beauty queen contestant who was stripped of her title after a sex tape came out has apparently become a porn star.
Kristy Althaus had been a runner-up in a Miss Colorado Teen USA beauty pageant before a scandal erupted back in January 2012, Gawker reported.
An online video allegedly showing Althaus performing in a pornographic film led to organisers stripping her of her title and removing all references of her from the Donald Trump-owned beauty competition.
Kristy deleted her twitter account at the timeafter posting, “You have to do what’s right for you, no one walks in your shoes,” at the beginning of the year, but since then, her friends rushed to her defense.
Now it appears the controversial beauty has taken to a full-fledged porn career.
A site posting x-rated videos this week appeared to show Althaus in one of their films, with the site even using the tape to promote sales.

But she didn't get to celebrate for long. Just hours after accepting her title, the new Miss Teen USA found herself in the midst of a scandal.
Tweets from Hay's Twitter account resurfaced from 2013 and 2014 in which she used the N-word and racial slurs multiple times.
The 18-year-old quickly released a statement to explain herself. "Several years ago, I had many personal struggles and found myself in a place that is not representative of who I am as a person. I admit that I have used language publicly in the past which I am not proud of and that there is no excuse for," she wrote on Instagram. "Through hard work, education and thanks in large part to the sisterhood that I have come to know through pageants, I am proud to say that I am today a better person."
She continued, "I am honored to hold this title and I will use this platform to promote the values of The Miss Universe Organization, and my own, that recognize the confidence, beauty and perseverance of all women."
