Marvel Rivals Releases Major Balance Patch – Full Patch Notes Revealed

April 4, 2025 – The highly anticipated team-based superhero shooter Marvel Rivals has just dropped its biggest balance update yet, addressing fan feedback and shaking up the meta. NetEase and Marvel Games have unveiled the full patch notes, which include hero adjustments, ability tweaks, and gameplay improvements.

Key Changes in the Patch:
Hero Balancing

Iron Man – Repulsor Blast damage reduced by 10% to prevent excessive burst damage in close quarters.

Spider-Man – Web Swing cooldown increased by 2 seconds to limit extreme mobility in fights.

Storm – Lightning Strike now has a slightly longer wind-up time, giving enemies more counterplay.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where Doctor Strange’s spells could sometimes phase through walls.

Addressed a bug where Black Panther’s Vibranium Dash could leave him stuck in terrain.

Resolved a rare crash that occurred when multiple ultimates were activated simultaneously.
