Krysten Ritter Returns to the Spotlight with New Thriller Project

Los Angeles, May 14, 2025 – Krysten Ritter, best known for her breakout role as Jessica Jones in Marvel’s Jessica Jones and her work in Breaking Bad, is making waves again with an exciting new project. The multi-talented actress, author, and producer is set to star in an upcoming psychological thriller, marking her latest venture into dark, complex storytelling.

Ritter, who has been selectively taking on roles since her acclaimed turn in Love and Dead (2023), has signed on to lead The Last Guest, a film adaptation of the bestselling novel by Tess Little. The story follows a woman who becomes entangled in a deadly game of secrets after attending an exclusive retreat. Ritter will also serve as an executive producer, continuing her behind-the-camera work after producing and directing episodes of Jessica Jones and her own production company’s projects.

Fans of Ritter’s gritty performances are eager to see her return to the thriller genre, where she has consistently shined.
