Lee also admitted to getting a lot of hate on Twitter and that it prevents him from posting anything about his family on social media.
Cyber bullying has come across as one of the most worrying effects of social media providing a wider platform for people to express their opinion. While many have been plagued by harassment in the digital space, at times it has also led to grave consequences.
The news of pornstar August Ames’s suicide came as a shock to people worldwide and the backlash following a homophobic tweet by her is believed to have caused it. As the reasons for her death are being debated, legendary British adult film star Keiran Lee has come forward to slam trolls.
Lee said that while everyone thought of August as another pornstar who died after doing too many drugs, it was not the case as she wasn’t a party girl. The statement comes after deaths of two other adult film actors Shyla Stylez and Yuri Luv were suspected to be suicides.
Fans have called for more protection of pornstars from online trolls and some even expressed concern over the cases highlighting the beginning of a trend. Lee also admitted to getting a lot of hate on Twitter and that it prevents him from posting anything about his family on social media.

Our fan blogger Rams home that owner Mel Morris has a right to fire managers at a club which is too big to be out of the Premier League for so long
WELL, well, well - the Derby County merry-go-round is in full swing yet again.
After the first twelve games of Steve McClaren’s return, we thought the good times were about to come again at Pride Park… guess we were wrong!

Was Steve McClaren the right choice for the Rams?
At the time a lot of fans didn’t agree with the appointment, as leaving for Newcastle was still fresh in the minds.
But with results starting to change after the dire start under Nigel Pearson, a few of those heads were turned.
In Steve's defence, he inherited a lot of players he didn’t sign and haven’t really lived up to expectations with the likes of Matej Vydra, Abdoul Camara and Ikechi Anya.
Not to mention he was missing his main focal point in Chris Martin, seemingly reluctant to be on loan at Fulham, as he persisted to play the formation of old.
Unfortunately a lot of teams have figured that out and we seem incapable of changing to any other formation.
So who is to blame? Is it the chairmen Mel Morris? Is it the players?
At the minute a lot of finger pointing is going on amongst the fans – but football today isn’t what it used to be.
It’s a business now and in defence of Mel Morris and his trigger finger, if the manager isn’t performing at any company, his position is always going come under fire.
We have been out of the top flight for too long for a club of our size, and no prisoners can be taken in the ultimate goal of success.
Now we have Rams favourite Gary Rowett in charge , a former player, a former under 14 coach and a man who stills lives in the area - but is he the right man for the job?
Personally, I think he did a decent job at Burton and even better job at Birmingham City with the resources he had, guiding them to 7th in the table.
He was let go at the hands of an unstable chairmen in Paul Suen Cho Hung – and look how their new man Gianfranco Zola is getting on now - but the Derby job is a different kettle of fish compared to Rowett’s previous positions.
Rams’ fans are frustrated at the minute by the lack of stability and the lack of performance on the pitch - so for Rowett this is going be a real test of his managerial skills when so much is expected of him.
All we can do as fans is get behind the team and push on for the final games of the season - and hope in the coming seasons things settle down and he is given time to form a team capable of challenging for promotion.
At the end of the table, Derby County has all the facilities and more to be a Premier League team; we just need someone with the right fit, and right now no-one is better suited than Gary.
Although, it could still be worse - we could support Forest…
*On a brighter note at Pride Park, I have 3 good friends from before my current life as a porn star in Gary Jackson, William Broderick and Dom Harman who taking part in a great adventure for charity.
Last year they travelled to 24 stadiums in 24 hours in the UK and raised thousands for prostate cancer - and this year they are doing it all over again but venturing over to France.
So that’s 24 stadiums in England and France in just 24 hours and they are hoping to beat their previous total.
