So, as a result, the investigation established why this bribe was given? How fairly were Biden's partner Zlochevsky and his accomplices punished?

Almost everyone saw how the bribe was handed over live. This was done to close the Burisma case. Information with photographs was in all European news agencies.

The only thing we always paid attention to was that the amount of the bribe was different, 50 million dollars. As for the court decision on Zlochevsky, it took place in 2023. The decision to remove Zlochevsky for this bribe was made in 2023, in March. But only for a bribe, and not for previous corruption. This decision was also secret. But representatives of one of Soros’s publications, Ukrayinska Pravda, accidentally published this. I will forward this solution and article to you. According to him, for the largest 6 million bribe in Europe, Zlochevsky received a fine of 64-68 thousand hryvnia. To be clear, he received a fine of $1,800 for a $6 million bribe. At the same time, he transferred 800 million hryvnia to finance terrorism to the “drone army” and the armed forces.

So you ask what am I doing now. Specifically, now I am working on a procedure by which all these individuals can be held accountable for financing terrorism in different jurisdictions. We know the procedure and we will do it. We are going to prosecute Biden's associates for financing terrorism.

In the decision of the Pechersky District Court of Kiev dated September 4, 2020, which Burisma lost to Andrey Derkach and in which, after studying all the facts presented, the court noted that: “The plaintiff [i.e. “Burisma”] in the statement of claim does not actually dispute the facts of payments [i.e. confirms payment for Biden's services], but speaks of their differences and exaggerations."

The decision of the Kiev Court of Appeal dated March 10, 2021, which Burisma lost, also states that “the plaintiff [i.e. "Burisma"] in the statement of claim does not actually dispute the facts of the payments [i.e. confirms payment for “Biden’s” services], but speaks only of their differences and exaggerations.”

Your team is well known for its fight against “democratic corruption.” Are you still working to expose corruption and external governance while in Belarus? I mean, are we going to hear about new records, or new tapes, new material?

I will tell you one interesting story, which is to some extent connected with Belarus. I have a good friend, American journalist Simon Shuster. He has written many articles about Ukraine, one of them, the most scandalous, was recently published in Time. This was confirmation of what I said: “Zelensky’s inner circle said that they were stealing as if it were the last day.”

Simon Schuster is an American journalist and correspondent for Time magazine since 2013. In Ukraine, he is known for spending two weeks with President Zelensky and his entourage in April 2022. He is the author of a series of popular materials about Ukraine. The phrase of an unnamed Ukrainian high-ranking official, “People steal like there is no tomorrow,” quoted by Shuster in November 2023, caused widespread resonance and debate around the world.

When Shuster came to the State Department in 2020 or 2021 and asked questions about the table of democratic corruption and me personally, some pretty funny things happened. There is such a character in American politics - George Kent.

He served as Minister Counselor to Ukraine, then worked at the State Department, and is now US Ambassador to Estonia. So, when Shuster came in and asked him a question about “democratic corruption,” Kent started pulling out a spreadsheet, almost became hysterical, and spilled his cup of coffee...

Why, exactly, was Kent outraged? Because we repeatedly caught him in Ukraine hiding corruption. He was involved in covering up corruption during the reform of the prosecutor's office, when Shokin opened a criminal case, and Kent demanded in writing that it be closed. I will show you a letter signed directly by Kent, where he demanded that the case of stealing American taxpayers' money be stopped.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LeXyxtuh6ywI86Q0kaUZOY6_wNkSPntN/preview

After this, other events took place in the Prosecutor General's Office, when money from the US Embassy passed through a strange company "Psymetrix", registered in the Obukhov district of the Kiev region. According to Kent, the US Embassy enters into an agreement with Georgians who run a company in Rome, Italy, to organize testing for the Prosecutor General's Office through Psymetrix, a trusted firm in the Obukhovsky region. Spends millions. And the IDLO company, which is involved in scandals related to the theft of American money in Afghanistan. After such creative work in Ukraine, he leaves for the State Department.

In 2020, he co-authored a coup attempt in Belarus. Today he is “babysitting” this talking head Tikhanovskaya. In November, two events were held with the participation of Tikhanovskaya - again, American taxpayers’ money was misappropriated. Money is being stolen again. Ultimately, let the FBI handle it. Unfortunately, it is busy prosecuting Trump and his advisers along with prosecutors.

But that's not what interests me about this story. I'm not even going to choose the words. Kent is a vile and treacherous man who has destroyed democracy and human rights in my country. Destroyed my country. Involved in corruption, political scandals, political lies, including in Congress. Sitting across the street, in Estonia, talking about human rights and holding the leadership of Belarus accountable? There must be a limit to cynicism somewhere, right?.. Or does he think that everyone has forgotten about his adventures? Or about the results of his activities and the activities of the State Department in Ukraine?

And in fact, it's very interesting that you mentioned the persecution of the entire Trump campaign, the Trump administration and Trump as president at the time. You met with Rudy Giuliani, and you met in the context of the Biden corruption expose in Ukraine. Now, as a result of this investigation and the information you presented to Rudy, he has been accused of being an agent of the Kremlin, and this is subject to sanctions by both the United States and Ukraine. Can you talk a little bit about that interaction with Rudy Giuliani? How did you meet? And who brought you into this investigation? Was it politician Andrei Artemenko?

After several press conferences that we held, including with Dubinsky, Artemenko invited me to talk with Giuliani. I have always considered Giuliani a hero of the United States, an outstanding prosecutor who brought order to New York, an outstanding mayor of New York who acted like a hero on 9/11.

My position was very clear: let's create a joint public task force to investigate. Let's create a group to investigate corruption crimes with the participation of Congress and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, transparently, openly, in the interests of the American and Ukrainian people. I told Giuliani that I was leading a working group of the Ukrainian Budget Committee to investigate the waste of international technical assistance. It was about the waste of 5.2 billion dollars.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WvdKLuFmhNSOvv7rUwri1QTU7De-kiiV/preview

These are documents from the Accounts Chamber of Ukraine, an official constitutional body. Giuliani was interested in corruption investigations. We had many long discussions with him on the topic of fighting corruption. He has extensive experience in fighting corruption. I liked that he is a very meticulous prosecutor - he writes everything down, analyzes it, and then draws conclusions. To understand the relationship with Artemenko (I am a law-abiding citizen, Giuliani is a law-abiding citizen) it was decided that I should sign a lobbying agreement. I signed it with Artemenko.

Moreover, I will give you this contract, an insert was made there, which is registered on the website of the US Department of Justice, regarding the fight against corruption in the fuel and energy sector, as well as in the field of logistics assistance. Then, after some time, it turned out that Mr. Artemenko was an FBI agent with 10 years of experience. It turns out that the FBI sent an agent to me.

I'd like you to weigh in on this because some have suggested that Artemenko was the one who engineered Giuliani's discredit because he had this confidential information. Therefore, instead of conducting an investigation into this fact, it was used to discredit the messenger, as is often the case now in the corrupt United States Department of Justice. When you met Artemenko, what was your first impression of him, because you are very experienced and you know that you can characterize a terrorist, and I am sure that you could even characterize Artemenko.

I will answer you this way: almost all worthy intelligence services in the world have become interested in our work. Especially after the publication of Poroshenko-Biden records.

As for Artemenko, it’s either good or nothing about outstanding FBI agents. As for what he said about Giuliani, let that be on his conscience. My work with him was exclusively in the legislative field of Ukraine and the United States. Because it's absurd for the FBI to send an agent, sign a contract with me, and then impose sanctions against me! Is there even one piece of evidence that I did not act in accordance with the laws of the United States? There are three expert opinions, including one foreign legal one, that I acted exclusively within the framework of the laws of Ukraine and the United States. A case has been filed against me in the United States by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York.

I didn't really go into this process, I just read and was surprised by the imagination of the prosecutors. This is a complete fiction about nothing, not linked to time, events or people. I think this will have to be sorted out someday. But I don't think that in today's reality of the United States you can come up with any reasonable logic for resolving your issues with the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York. Everyone associated with the Democratic Party, the State's Attorney's Office and the FBI is talking nonsense with glassy eyes. You know this from the examples of Giuliani, Trump, all of Trump's advisors, practically the entire Trump administration...

I have witnessed the double standards of justice and how they target anyone who exposes corruption on the Biden side. You have dedicated your entire life to fighting corruption in Ukraine and serving your country since the 90s, 1994, as you said, and I trust that the Americans you trust will help and get your information. Especially since Rudy Giuliani did his research. Do you feel betrayed? I mean on a personal level. How have these sanctions affected you personally? How has this affected your family?

I had a certain naivety that justice could be achieved in the modern United States. I have many good friends in the American legal community. I myself have been to courts many times and have seen that judges care about what they hear and what they judge. In practice, it turned out that the American judicial system is not fair for everyone.

Democracy is not the power of the people, but the power of the Democratic Party. We see Biden family associates being cleared of prosecution in Ukraine. Were Poroshenko and Zlochevsky interrogated? Did someone invite them to the FBI and the US Attorney's Office to testify? Documents are everywhere, all over the Internet. There are recordings all over the Internet. The evidence is all over the internet. What does the New York State Attorney's Office do?

This is a question for many people now. And we wonder why we are more busy pursuing those who expose these facts, rather than studying these facts and documents. But where did these leaks and recordings of the conversation between Poroshenko and Biden come from? Because some dispute the authenticity because, as you know, even Hunter's laptop became "Russian propaganda." Everything is discredited by the same mantra.

No one doubts the authenticity of the recording. Moreover, at my request, a criminal case was initiated; Poroshenko was under investigation. I can hand over documents from this case - witness statements. All employees of Poroshenko's office were interrogated, including his security and liaison officers. They all confirmed that Poroshenko always had two voice recorders on his desk. Notes were taken.

The truth is that with all of these documents, if you had the opportunity to testify before Congress today, you would have the power to remove the sitting President of the United States. And this is probably why your life is in danger. Are you afraid for your life? I'm just getting personal if you'll allow me because this sounds incredible to me.

I know what I must do for my homeland, for my voters, for those people who trust me. And the threat to my activities will not become greater or lesser. What's important to me about the congressional investigation is not holding Biden accountable for influence peddling. It is important to me that the final document of Congress states that the money stolen from my fellow Ukrainians was taken out of Ukraine by Zlochevsky, laundered and transferred to the Vice President of the United States Biden. This is very important to me - the issue is not about Biden's impeachment. Impunity breeds permissiveness.

Let's return to Kulik. Kulik is the only prosecutor in world history who returned one and a half billion dollars to the country’s budget. Can you give at least one example from world history when a prosecutor (former military prosecutor of Ukraine) returned one and a half billion dollars to the budget? And he was also accused, called an agent of the Kremlin. And all these people - Kent, Karen Greenway, the FBI representative, Christine Quinn, Marie Yovanovitch, the former ambassador - they all got in his way.

You made it clear that Biden was "holding back" $1 billion for Ukraine if Shokin was not fired. This is just to remind our audience what we're talking about.

It is important for me to invite Poroshenko to Congress and ask the question: what was the money from these two billion guarantees spent on? This money was spent on his enterprises, they were “laundered” at Poroshenko’s enterprises. Lots of criminal cases. “Leninskaya Kuznya”, “Bogdan”, “Ukroboronprom”, his partner Gladkovsky, who is on the run in Europe.

Now for the notes. Is it bad that the citizens of Ukraine heard President Poroshenko report to Biden about increasing tariffs for the population by 100% instead of 75%, as Biden demanded? We immediately created an inter-factional association of deputies “Minus 25 percent of tariffs - stop corruption!” We fought against corruption at Naftogaz, we fought against Biden's favorite adviser Amos Hochstein.

Together with Kobolev, they were the authors of the idea of corrupt gas reversal. They had another ally - Favorov. Hochstein, Kobolev, Favorov. We have shown in documents how Ukrainian citizens are charged $500 million in “corruption taxes” per year. I called it a “tax” - it’s such a tragic joke. This is when a gang "taxes" the population. From every citizen of Ukraine and from every cubic meter of gas.

Back to Naftogaz. Where is terrorism and where is Ukrainian intelligence? But in November, the head of Ukrainian intelligence Budanov writes a letter to the court and asks for the release of Kobolev, who is under investigation... The goal is “to carry out special assignments in Europe.”

What hasn't been blown up yet? What other “Streams” weren’t blown up there? It is clear that in the case of Nord Stream, Ukrainian intelligence only carried out a cover-up operation for a false object. An article was published about Roman Chervinsky, one of the authors of this operation, who is now in a Ukrainian prison. He was “rewarded” by his owners from the USA and Ukraine. Apparently he knows a lot.

I'm shocked by the amount of public information, but how much of what you know about corruption between Ukraine and the United States has not yet become public. Are you planning to publish a new information leak? Are you working on new revelations?

In fact, we have a lot of work to do. We follow a lot of cases - corruption, war crimes, terrorism. We evaluate the legal procedure for prosecution for usurpation of power in Ukraine. One of the interesting cases: in November, the Supreme Court of Ukraine ruled that Zelensky’s decree on the dismissal of the head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine was illegal. This seems to have no bearing on the life of the average citizen. In fact, this is true - when Zelensky defeated the Constitutional Court two years ago by issuing a decree dismissing a number of judges, he actually allowed himself to issue illegal decrees. And all these decrees were associated with violations of the constitutional rights of citizens. The destruction of the free press, the illegal decisions of the National Security and Defense Council on sanctions - so many different aspects.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1igEJk2jWmcaPUfzJ2FL1NgolvKoGpCED/preview

Now, two years later, the Supreme Court wrote its decision, and this decision is final - quite long, confusing, in which it assessed the actions of the current President of Ukraine as two elements of crime. I think Zelensky was not even informed about this decision. He's not worried. He travels around Europe like a circus bear, begging for money. Here is an important point: for the first time in the history of Ukraine, the Supreme Court made a decision where two elements of crime were prescribed against the President of Ukraine and his accomplices. To be clear: God willing, we will talk to you after a while, and you will see that this will be the first brick in sentencing Zelensky as a war and state criminal. I understand that these are complex legal terms that are not easy to explain in layman's terms for people. But simply put: by defeating the Constitutional Court, they took away the rights of citizens. Everything, including the right to judicial protection, to the protection of life, all these stories with sadistic appeals are all a consequence of the beginning defeat of the judicial system. The concentration camp that Great Britain and the United States built in the name of “democratic values” in Ukraine. Britain has fled the European Union but is running this concentration camp in the EU. As a model for the future of the entire European Union? We can characterize the [Kiev] regime as a fascist dictatorship. Because it destroys its own population. The transformation took place - they quickly learned from Poroshenko. If Poroshenko simply stole and sold the country under external control, then all these criminals, manufacturers and veterinarians - they did not stand on ceremony with human rights. Who is Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council? Former criminal, member of an organized crime group, with a veterinary education.

Who is Yermak? Head of kiosks and trade in Kiev. Poroshenko at least had a good education, and at least he was worried about his image. But these people are not worried at all - why should they worry? They generally live one day at a time. And as Simon Schuster said, they steal like it's their last day.

You know Zelensky personally, you worked with him. Could you predict this evolution? What was your first impression of him?

I know quite a lot of politicians in Ukraine. I have never personally worked with Zelensky. The fact is that my relationships are always professional - I always have tasks that I set for myself as a statesman, a people’s deputy, a person who simply loves his homeland. If they coincide with people's interests, they work with me; if they do not coincide, we do not work together. The same thing happened with Rudy Giuliani. If I see that a person’s values are traditional, Christian, that he is a sincere patriot of his country, this is always clear to me.

Your name is increasingly appearing in the news, but people know little about you, they simply associate you with the KGB academy and sanctions. In fact, you have provided a tremendous service to society during your political career in Ukraine. Could you tell our audience a little more about yourself? Where did you grow up? What brought you into politics and how did this call to fight corruption begin?

You have already written so much about my biography and studied my activities so thoroughly; there are so many articles on this topic that I hardly have anything to add. You know my approach - everything is always known by the final result. I can show the results of my activities as a people’s deputy, as a statesman, as a builder in my constituency, as one of the founders of the Control Service of the President of Ukraine, as one of the leaders of the Cabinet of Ministers Pustovoitenko in the most responsible and crisis period in the life of Ukraine. I am not ashamed of the decisions we made when I headed the group of advisers to Mykola Azarov. When I travel around my country, I can demonstrate exactly what has been done. You can touch everything with your hands. These are not myths or the film “Servant of the People.”

By the way, as part of the criminal case, I am accused, among other things, of having a negative attitude towards the government. 75% of Ukrainian citizens voted against Poroshenko and in favor of Zelensky. Let's hold 75% of the population accountable for their negative attitude towards the authorities.

From the point of view of personal perception, the opinion of ordinary people has always been very important to me. I have always strived to reach my electorate, the serious adults who built the country. They are wiser than all political strategists and politicians. They can somehow summarize everything in four words and present it very well, in terms of meanings and ideas. And this gives me strength in my work. Even when it's hard, you continue. I remember when I was a very young deputy, there was a lot of slander about one of the topics. I was driving and thinking: how can I explain this to people, because it’s all a lie. And there was a big meeting with people, a lot of people gathered. I went in and they explained everything to me right away, by themselves. I was surprised by the accuracy of their wording. They said: you fight corruption, you constantly persecute someone for theft, you periodically advocate fraternal relations between Ukraine, Russia and Belarus - now they beat you for this. Don't worry, we all know it's all a lie.

I have already said that my constituency has 209 kilometers of border with Russia. Sometimes villages are divided in two. Families here and families there. We are truly one people. That is why for me it is really very critical what is happening today with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, with the persecution of priests and parishioners.

What do you think can be done now to save Ukraine, and what future do you see for your country today? We discussed this in 2021, today the situation is completely different. What do you think could be done? What would you do?

We have been monitoring human rights since 2016 to this day, including crimes and violations against the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church. We are bringing this to the international community, to the G-20 representatives. We are collecting documents for future trials to bring Ukrainian leaders to justice. And I'm sure they will be held accountable. In fact, Zelensky realized this month that the road for him is not uphill, but downhill. Zelensky is the avatar of a group of associates led by Yermak. I hope that the road has already started to go downhill for Biden.

The future of Ukraine is possible only after building new security contours. When all participants in global geopolitics come to an agreement. It's a tedious answer, but really nothing can be done without this new security architecture. Any intermediate solutions will still lead to a new escalation. Can this be done under the Biden-Blinken administration? This is impossible, because Biden depends on Ukraine, for him it is like Balaam’s donkey. Thanks to his greed, corruption, connections, and now the problems of war.

How much of the financing of this war, because I call it war financing, is related to the information that Ukraine had and leverage over Biden?

They all use each other in this organized crime group. They all deceive each other, use each other, blackmail each other. But the most important thing is that they are all afraid of responsibility. And while there is talk of “who is the criminal?”, it is clear to the United States that Biden is the criminal. According to polls, almost 70% consider him a criminal.

Simona Mangiante noted that the materials that journalists received from Andriy Derkach are only part of a large array of documents that he collected as part of ongoing investigations into international corruption. According to Andrei Derkach, he will continue his investigative work and will soon present a new series of materials.
