PixelExperience PocoF1Recovery
- TWRP (v3.7.0-A12-V2)/latest Recommended
- PE Recovery(OTA)
Dirty flash- Updating to newer build(TWRP):
• Boot to TWRP recovery
• Wipe cache, dalvik and system_ext
• Flash ROM zip and Reboot to System
Clean flash- Updating to different android version/rom(TWRP):
• Boot to TWRP recovery
• Wipe system, vendor, cache, dalvik, data, system_ext
• Flash latest firmware and Flash ROM zip
• Reboot to System
• If it reboots to recovery, go to wipe/format data and reboot to system.
PE Recovery(PC/SD/OTG):
• Boot to Recovery and Factory Reset>Format Data, System, Cache (skip if u are updating within PE)
• Apply Update>ADB/SD/OTG> select rom zip via SD/OTG or adb-PC "adb sideload rom.zip" >Reboot to System
FAQ
- Clean flash mandatory for users coming from different encrypted roms/android versions. ⚠️Clean Flash/Format Data will wipe all your data. Take Backup Before Proceeding.
- Recovery Recommended- TWRP (latest /system_ext , decrypted users-A9 versions) ;Users coming from PE12+or older or NSE Roms need to mandatory flash latest TWRP and if after flashing it reboots to TWRP, goto wipe/format data and reboot to system.
- Encryption Recommended, else go for decryption. (DFE in Chat #notes)
- If not on latest firmware flash zip before flashing ROM Zip (Zip in Chat #notes)
