Delivery — what are the options?
You can specify any delivery method you use. For example: "DHL", "Glovo Courier", "Postal Service", "I’ll bring it to you myself", "Self-pickup" etc.
You can request all the necessary information from the buyer: full address, contact details, preferred delivery time, special instructions, etc.
If you’ve selected "Pickup" as the order method, you need to provide the address of your store, warehouse, or pickup point.
What's the difference between pickup and store address?
"Pickup" and "Store Address" are two different elements in our system.
- Pickup is a method where the buyer picks up the order themselves. You specify this under the "Delivery" section.
- Store Address is shown in the marketplace so buyers can see where your business is located. In the future, your address will be visible in the marketplace, giving buyers more information about your business.
