🤖 How to Create a Store with a Bot?

Important! You have to connect a personal bot during the store creation process.

Step 1: Prepare a Group for Your Bot

1. Create a new group for interacting with your future bot. This will be your main group for managing orders.
2. Name the group anything you like (e.g., "Korean Cosmetics Orders").

Step 2: Create a Bot

1. Search for "BotFather" in Telegram or follow the link
2. Click "Start" and choose the /newbot command
3. Follow the instructions from BotFather: choose a name and username for your bot (it should end with "bot" or "_bot")
4. Once the bot is created, BotFather will give you a TOKEN — the bot's unique ID. Copy it for later

Step 3: Create Your Store

1. Go to our store creation bot: @TGShopsBuilderBot.
2. Click "Start," then "Open," "Add," and "Create Store."
3. At the "Add Bot" step, choose "Connect Personal Bot."
4. Paste the TOKEN you copied earlier into the "BOT TOKEN" field.
5. At this point, our service will prompt you to add your bot to the order management group you created in Step 1. Add the bot to the group and click "Refresh."

Congratulations! Your bot is connected.

1. Enter the name of your store and your email address.
2. Choose a template to create your store.

What's Next?

Now you can fill in general store information: contact details, payment and shipping methods, store address, and add a cover image and category.

You can fill out your store catalog through CRM tables. A link to the CRM will be sent to your email after the store is created, or you can find it in @TGShopsBuilderBot under the "Store" section.
