How to stay hard after ejaculation? Some guys are lucky, especially young guys, and are able to maintain an erection after an ejaculation with no problem at all. The vast majority of guys, however, cannot do this. So if you have the problem of losing arousal after ejaculation then what can you do about it? In this article, I'll share with you three different ways to overcome this problem.
Solution 1 - Erectile Dysfunction Drugs
These drugs give you a great recovery time. There are actually many people who take these drugs recreationally i.e. they have no problems getting an initial erection in the first place.
Taking these drugs allows you to have an ejaculation and then to perform again very quickly.
What is the real problem here anyway? The real problem is that after an ejaculation, you lose arousal. Your sex is interrupted. You are probably also ejaculating before you want to. So, is there a way of getting around this? Yes there is:
Kegels are a method that involves training a special muscle that most guys don't even know that they have. This is the same muscle that is used to stop your urine in mid-flow.
By exercising this muscle daily then within a few weeks you can use the muscle to stop yourself ejaculating while you are having an orgasm. The result is an orgasm without ejaculation and you don't lose your arousal at all. You still enjoy a full orgasm but you can keep going again and again until you want to ejaculate.
Natural training can be used to make yourself last much longer until you ejaculate. The truth is, a small minority of men are able to go for as long as they want to and then pretty much choose when they wish to ejaculate.
To do this, you have to have 100% confidence in your body while in the bedroom and also 0% anxiety about the sexual act. No hang-ups, no worries, no fear of expectations or anything like that.
That might seem a tall order to achieve but any guy can do it. Natural training lets you get a step closer on a week by week basis until finally, without any drugs or special aids, you can enjoy sex to the full and also ejaculate whenever you want to.

It’s nice to have all day to make love, but those of us living in the real world know that sometimes you need to get an erection fast . Like, you need to know “how to get hard in 5 seconds” fast.
I know, I used to not think it was possible either. I was lucky if I got an erection at all, much less got one on command.
You can only have so many unsatisfying sexual encounters before you start looking for another way, though — and so I started doing some research.
It wasn’t easy. It took a lot of trial and error. But eventually, I found a few tried-and-true methods that showed me how to get hard in 5 seconds flat.
I’ll be honest with you, learning how to get erect fast isn’t something that will necessarily happen overnight . You’ll probably need to make some lifestyle changes as well.
Briefly, here are the six things you may need to do if you want to learn this superpower:
Already done some of these? Great — you’re ahead of the curve. For everyone else, let’s go into more detail on each of these important steps.
There’s one inescapable fact that will determine your ability to get hard and stay hard. That fact is that your penis will only be as healthy as the rest of your body.
In order for your penis to perform at its best, the rest of you must be firing on all cylinders as well. That means:
Erections need blood flow. The faster your blood can travel to your penis, the faster you’ll get hard. It’s that simple.
However, if your arteries are clogged with fat, the blood won’t be able to get to your penis very fast, if at all. You can’t move mountains without hydraulic pressure .
If you’re carrying extra weight — especially belly fat — then you need to lose it as quickly as you can.
It’s not all about your penis, either. Erectile dysfunction can be a predictor of heart disease, so you want to get the problem solved ASAP.
The good news is that if you lose the weight, there’s a good chance your erections will come back as strong as ever — and maybe even stronger.
This one’s simple. Remember how we said blood flow is the key to erections on command?
So, if you want to know how to get a boner, commit to a regular routine. You need at least 40 minutes of moderate activity four times a week to help address erectile dysfunction.
How you get that 40 minutes is up to you. If you don’t show up to the gym, though, you won’t show up in the bedroom either.
It’s no secret that stress is a huge erection-killer, especially for younger guys. If your mind isn’t right, your penis won’t be, either.
Of course, while “stop being stressed” is good advice, it’s easier said than done. That doesn’t mean there isn’t any hope, however.
The first thing to do is figure out what, exactly, is stressing you out. Is there an underlying issue, like depression? Are there specific triggers, like a certain act or partner?
If you can address the cause, you can overcome the issue. You may need to talk to a therapist to help figure everything out, though.
In some cases, medication might be prescribed. Be careful, though, as many mood-altering drugs can mess with your libido. It may take some trial-and-error to find one that works.
You might want to consider trying meditation instead. It’s free, easy, and calming, and you can do it anywhere — kind of like sex!
“Whiskey dick” is a real thing. Drinking too much can kill your chances to get an erection, so be careful not to overdo it before having sex.
A moderate amount is fine, but you’re probably better off going into each session completely sober (you’ll remember more that way, too).
Nicotine constricts your blood vessels , cutting off the supply to your penis and ruining erections. It also contributes to the buildup of plaque in your arteries.
Plus, it makes your breath stink and reduces your stamina. Who wants that?
Yep, men have sexual muscles — and no, I’m not just talking about the big one.
I’m talking about your pelvic floor muscles, and the way to work them is through Kegel exercises.
To do a Kegel, you simply flex the muscles that you’d use to stop peeing mid-stream. Then, hold the flex for a few seconds before relaxing. That’s one rep. Do this several times in a row.
The great thing about Kegels is you can do them anywhere and no one will ever know (as long as your face doesn’t give you away). You should do them several times a day.
Once you’ve built up your Kegel muscles, you’ll find that you can get erections faster, hold them longer, and have greater control over ejaculation. You’ll even have harder erections. It’s the closest thing you’ll ever have to a sexual superpower.
I know, I know — this step isn’t very fun. However, porn can have a huge impact on your sexual health.
According to a recent study , watching porn can lower your sexual satisfaction. It’s not exactly surprising — not many people can compete with the type of sex acts or partners that the typical porn video provides.
You get desensitized to things when you watch them enough ; the same old positions, partners, and angles won’t work anymore. As a result, you have to keep pushing the envelope to get the same results. It’s like a drug addiction.
The best way to overcome it is to detox yourself. That means cutting out porn, at least for a little while. It wouldn’t hurt to stop masturbating, too, at least until you get your mojo back.
If you’ve never heard of edging before, it’s the practice of bringing yourself right to the edge of orgasm — and then stopping before you actually climax. Repeat as needed.
That may sound like torture, but it’s a great way to teach yourself how to control your own sexual satisfaction . It lets you determine what your penis does and when, instead of the other way around.
It’s also a great way to overcome premature ejaculation. You learn where your limits are and how to control them, which directly translates into helping you last longer.
You can’t just do it mindlessly, though. The whole point is to pay attention to your body during sex. How do you behave when you’re aroused? What are the first warning signs that you’re about to climax?
You can do this by yourself or with a partner. Just don’t do it with porn.
There’s only so much you can do to give yourself an erection. The fact is, your body responds to what it likes.
This can be anything from a new position or location to an entirely different partner. It’s up to you to find what works, but here are a few suggestions to get you started.
It seems deceptively simple, but you may have trouble getting an erection because you’re bored.
If your sex life is filled with a bunch of the same-old same-old, your little buddy won’t have much incentive to come out to play. He needs new toys.
You could literally buy new toys to play with, or you could explore kinks like BDSM, role playing, fooling around in public — whatever tickles your fancy. All that matters is that you and your partner are into it.
This is a great way to improve sexual satisfaction for both partners. So, not only will your penis be raring to go every time, but your partner will likely be eager to accommodate it.
Spontaneous sex gets all the hype, but it’s far from the only way to have fun between the sheets.
If you’re pressed for time or just want to try something different, schedule sex with your partner. Pick a time in the future and pencil each other in.
Don’t just set it and forget it, though. Spend the days leading up to your rendezvous planning out everything you’ll do when the moment finally arrives.
You can talk in person, sext, or do it over the phone. The important thing is to build excitement in both partners for what comes next. This is a great way to start incorporating those new kinks in, too.
The idea is to build up your arousal so that when it’s time to perform, you won’t have any trouble getting hard. It’s much easier than spur-of-the-moment, “get hard quick or it’s not happening” sex.
Do this enough, and you’ll find that it gets easier and easier to perform on command.
Sometimes the reason why you don’t have a hard penis is because the rest of you isn’t feeling connected to your partner.
You could be angry with them, feeling judged, or there may just be a little distance in the relationship. It’s totally normal — but it can also spell disaster for your lovemaking.
If this sounds familiar, you should try to reconnect with your partner as soon as possible . It may be something as simple as a date night, or it could mean couple’s counseling for more entrenched issues.
Whatever you need to do is totally worth it, though. Not only will this likely bring your erection back to life, it can electrify everything in the bedroom — and oh yeah, the rest of your relationship will improve too.
If all else fails, ask yourself if your penis is trying to tell you something.
Sometimes your mojo fails because the relationship is failing. If you’re not into your partner and you don’t think you can get the attraction back, you may want to consider a change.
It’s not pleasant, but it may be necessary to revive your sex life.
The good news is, once you find someone you connect with, your body should start responding the way it used to.
All of the techniques above can help you get your libido back on track, but sometimes, you need a little extra “oomph.”
If that’s the case, you may need some pharmaceutical help. ED pills like Viagra and Cialis (or their generic equivalents like Bluechew ) can help you get hard in a hurry.
It’s nothing to be ashamed of, and using them is incredibly common, even among younger guys . In fact, it’s easier than ever to get your hands on some little blue help — and you don’t even need to have an embarrassing conversation with your doctor.
You can get a prescription from the comfort of your own home, thanks to services like BlueChew.
These companies allow you to have your medical information reviewed by a doctor, who will then write you a prescription for the medication you need. You don’t even have to leave your house.
While it’s undoubtedly convenient to buy an inexpensive pill that lets you get erections on demand, I’d recommend it as a last resort. Try the natural options listed above first.
If they don’t work, then you can try BlueChew or a similar service. But it’s always better to try to fix things yourself before taking the pharmaceutical route.
If you want to know how to get hard instantly, you’ll need to learn a few things about how your body works first.
By using the strategies above, you can finally learn the art of becoming erect on command. It may not be easy, but I can guarantee that it’s worth it (and my girlfriend definitely agrees) .
Or you can keep rolling the dice and hoping that everything works out. Personally, I prefer to be confident, even if I have to do a little hard work to earn that confidence first.
