Does anyone know what happened to both sites of Rule #34 and Hentai Foundry?
On the Rule #34 site I am getting this result:

On the Hentai Foundry site I am getting this result:

If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details.
I hope someone knows the owners of those sites and knows when they will be back on? Thanks for letting me know.

Oh, so I'm not the only one. That's good, I was thinking that I was banned for some reason.
Did a bit of googling and found this Twitter account . Apparently, everyone is getting that message . The staff are aware of it and are working towards fixing it. Although since a DDoS is the cause, "fixing" is difficult.

There are a few dozen series he's drawn just in his 1st page, he just moves around the pics sometimes so the comics make sense, that in turn ends up making it look like he does 20 pages of only one TV show/game/movie at a time.

Did you not bother reading the error message? It says right there in plain English: "ERROR: no more connections allowed."
The server is saying that the maximum number of connections to its SQL database has been exceeded. Its also evidently a pretty poorly coded site, since its exposing a raw SQL query from inside the backend on the frontend.
Judging by the query in the error, it appears that the server choked while checking to see if you were on the ban list due to the SQL database being overloaded with connections.
That's an error from the nginx web server. Its a rather ambiguous error that could be caused by a variety things. My guess is that something in the server is misconfigured. Might be that the gateway choked due to a missing library or something.
Why would you want to visit websites that are obviously coded by rookies?

Yeah cuz they're popular and give him more views, that doesn't mean he does them as much as you're claiming he does, there's lots of variety and he often does weekly/monthly polls on the website for what he'll draw next. [SPOILER]Next is most likely gonna be Street Fighter related.[/SPOILER]
To my knowledge he's only gone back to working on his Incredibles comic twice since taking a break from it a while ago. Even then he still releases stuff from other series in-between, be them practice drawings or stuff he's done while bored.
