Get chat id on @multifeed_edge_bot

In order to setup redirections from channels or groups you don't have invitation links for you need to:

1) have a Telegram Account (member of channels/chats you would like to source from) connected to @multifeed_edge_bot and

2) have numerical ids of channels/groups you would like to create your redirections between

/chats command will help you to find out numerical ids of channels or groups you will use in /add command for creating a redirection.

Usage example:

/chats TelegramAccount;123456789

Here replace:

- 123456789 with the phone number (including the country code) of the gateway that is a member of channels you want to source from

After you got numerical ids of groups or channels you would like to use for creating your redirection, you can use special syntax of /add command to create new redirections.
