Nice natural event,easy to get there
The Lech falls over 5 steps. Nice to look at when in the area. In spring, after the snow has melted, probably the most beautiful.
There is a small parking lot directly at the Lechfall. You can park there for free. It's not even 100 meters on foot. Especially in the early morning hours or towards evening there are fewer tourists on site. It is also even more beautiful when the sun rises / sets behind the mountains and trees.
Certainly not a top-class natural spectacle, but still worth a visit if you are in the area. There is a small kiosk across the street.
Easy to reach, even with a stroller or something else.
On the opposite side of the street, at the kiosk, it goes up to the Kalvarienberg. It offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. However, some stamina and good shoes are recommended. The way up is steep and long

Absolutely amazing waterfall and bathing place. Besides the fact that it's a great sight to see, I also highly recommend bringing a towel and spend some time on the shore upstream, next to the waterfall. Very relaxing, great view and fresh, mountaincold water to cool off in

Beautiful and powerful falls but make sure you do it when the river is lowish. I went after it rained and the water height was up and I couldn’t see the steps properly. Still a great site and must see when in Fussen.

The waterfall is located just outside central Füssen, a 10 minute walk towards the Austrian border. The waterfall itself is not very spectacular, but it's located in a nice setting and definitely worth a visit. Entrance is free.

Wonderful panorama view of the Leech lake and waterfall, especially from the main bridge. It's definetely worth stopping by if you are in the area, such as for visiting the historic castles. You don't need a ticket for this one. There is also a free small parking lot in front of the main scenic spot, as well as clean toilets. PS: This waterfall is man-made.

These falls were about 30 minutes from our hotel in the centre of Fussen. We walked along the river Lech to reach the falls. The gorge and falls are beautiful and well worth the short walk. We combined our visit with the tree top walk which is just up the road on the Austrian border. We walked back to Fussen along the footpath next to the road.

The Lech Falls can be found on the way out of Füssen heading towards Austria.There is a very small carpark which is shared with the Steakhouse and the Kalvarienberg.It is really best to either walk or cycle to this tourist atraction.The best time to view these falls is either after very heavy rainfall in the Austrian Alps further up the river or when the snow is melting.There is a footbridge across the falls which was put in place in the last couple of years.It has raised the hieght of the bridge so it is safer when the river is in flood mode.Many tourists stop and make photos.You can also cross the bridge and take a liesurely walk to Bad Faulenbach and the Mittel & Obersees.

A short walk from the town of Füssen to Lechfall. There is a bridge across the Lech with stairstep levels of water flow. Probably a 20 minute visit.

Lechfall is a hidden gem in Fussen. The views there are simply gorgeous. It seems quite remote, but in fact, It's just a 15-minute walk from the old town. Not to be missed when visiting Fussen.

On the way back from the castle to Lermoos, we just stopped and found this gem. Nice little stop to see the turquoise river.

From a bridge across the Lech River, one has a fantastic view of this multi-step waterfall.You can cross the border into Austria on a 50 ft. high boardwalk and visit the waterfall in the same day. There is a hiking trail near the waterfall.

I'd read reviews that these falls weren't that interesting because they are manmade, but my family and I really enjoyed the forested walk up the river from Fussen to see these falls. The mist was fun for my girls, and we enjoyed seeing how powerful the river is from these falls.

There is a bridge over the falls.If you cross it you can either walk to Bad Faulenbach or walk to Vils in Austria.Well signposted so should be easy for you to find.
