Fontmagic App Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Fontmagic App ("Application").

By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Application.

Content

The Application allows you to create and manipulate text and graphics. You are solely responsible for the content you create using the Application. You agree not to use the Application for any illegal, offensive, or harmful activities.

Fontmagic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
