Fontmagic App End-User License Agreement

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Fontmagic App ("Application").

By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.

License

Fontmagic grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

- License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Application in any way.

- Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the Application.

- Use the Application for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including but not limited to its graphics, user interface, and other content, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Fontmagic owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Application.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Fontmagic. Fontmagic may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and deny you access to the Application. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Fontmagic disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fontmagic be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Application.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
