A rusted Ferris wheel snaps, cables whipping like serpents. A popcorn machine explodes. A carousel horse impales a screaming girl. Blood on the carnival tickets.

Lena gasps, yanking her friends away just as the Ferris wheel collapses behind them. Six survive. But Death is patient.

Present Day – The Reckoning

Thirty-five years later, Lena’s niece, Mira Voss, starts having the same visions. At first, she dismisses them—until her college roommate dies exactly as foreseen: a shattered mirror, a loose ceiling fan, a slip in the shower. The coroner calls it an accident. Mira knows better.

She tracks down the remaining survivors from Blackwater Creek, including:

Derek Cole, a conspiracy theorist convinced the government engineered their deaths.

Nina Ruiz, a former EMT who saved Lena’s life that night—and has been running from Death ever since.

Roland Voss, Lena’s estranged brother, who believes their family is cursed.

Together, they realize: Death isn’t just coming for them—it’s coming for their bloodlines.

The Pattern Revealed

As the survivors piece together the past, they uncover a horrifying truth:

Every generation since the Blackwater Creek incident has died in freak accidents.

The more they interfere, the more creative Death becomes.

And the latest vision? A highway pileup. A gas tanker. A chain reaction with no escape.

Mira’s vision ends with a single clue—a faded newspaper headline: 'Carnival Tragedy Survivor Claims ‘Something Followed Us Home.’'

The Final Trap

The group races to the abandoned Blackwater Carnival, where it all began. But Death has been waiting.

Derek is shredded by a rusted ticket booth’s collapsing awning.

Nina trips into a hall of mirrors—sliced by the glass.

Roland is impaled by a carousel pole, just like in Lena’s vision.

Mira, the last standing, realizes the only way out is to break the bloodline. She sets the carnival ablaze, letting the fire consume her—and the curse.

Epilogue – The Cycle Continues?

Months later, a teenage boy at a county fair freezes mid-laugh. His vision: a rollercoaster derailing, fire, screaming…
