FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions about Kowalski - Powered ROM's (Bliss - KOSP)

Just a little collection of questions that have been already answered times and times, for newcomers :)

• 1) Is Bliss - KOSP going to support MIUI Camera / ANXCamera?
  - Nope, and it'll never be. Pivcer personally removes all MIUI crap from the system libraries, in order to achieve the most AOSP - close experience as possible.
• 2) How can I install KOSP - Bliss?
  - There's an entire section filled with useful tools, guides and resources in the pinned message of the group from where you've clicked this link.
• 3) Google Maps don't work / works quite bad on KOSP. What should I do?
  - In case you're installed KOSP using Bitgapps, then it's an issue that most people have solved by simply dirty flashing KOSP using nikgapps instead. Might as well try! (sources: here and here)
  In case you're using MicroG... well, that's pretty self explainatory: WON'T WORK!
• 4) How can I install Google Camera? Which are the best Gcams around for KOSP - Bliss?
  - Google cameras are a pretty important argument we have already discussed in the 4th guide (Additional Post-Installation Wizard) of the pinned message. Anyway, the ones we've tried are Burial Google Camera, TheDise Google Camera and Butchercam.
  We can't really say which one is the best, so try it out and let us know which one works best for you :)
• 5) How's the performance of KOSP / Is KOSP battery friendly?
  - Here's a little GIF showing the performance capability and a general overview of KOSP. Essentially, a FULL AOSP experience with some minor customizations options, like Icon packs support in launcher, Dark Theme, Face Unlock etc.

• 6) Can you actually do some REAL gaming on KOSP?
  - Yes, my dear. Gaming settion in KOSP has never been so great! Of course, with some little help from Franco Kernel Manager and his per-app option, but overall, it's a very very smooth and amazing experience!

• 7) Can't decrypt my device in SHRP with PIN or Password. What's going on?
  - As stated by @basilefr on our Telegram group: "Decryption in recovery on KOSP is a known bug and doesn't depend on the ROM, you can use pattern instead of pin until they fix it"
  And he's pretty much right.
  
• 8) Is there a way to improve my user experience without losing myself on using Magisk Modules?
  - Yeah, sure! Check out this profile over there, and set it using Franco Kernel Manager, afterwards, reboot. You're gonna love it! ;)
• 9) Are there some screenshots of the rom available?
  - Yes, over here! (thanks to elpaablo for the screenshots)
• 10) Hey! Why when I lock my device, right after that my device unlocks without asking for my password? What's going on?
  - Ohi ohi ohi, hold up! It's not an issue, it's delayed because the Face Unlock else takes control and creates problems with the AOD! Though you can easily set it to "immediately" in settings - lock option - patter (on the left there's a gear icon, press it) - 2nd option - immediately (Anyway, it's not really immediately, there's a delay of 0.5 seconds, but yeah)
• 11) Hi mate! I want more smoothness and I heard about the stune boost xml to set over Franco Kernel Manager. But I dunno how to do it, please halp?
  - Here for the Stune boost xml and here for the how-t0! Remember to create a folder in the root of the internal memory called franco_kernel_updater and then another one inside it called app_settings_backup and put the stune boost xml there! Also, these steps applies to all the Kernel profiles xmls available over the Antarctica's Vault!
