This is my first ever attempt at a wallpaper. It took me WAY longer than it should've (given the fact I went into the wallpaper editor blind with no templates). It has a mouse reactive dot matrix effect inside of the E. It also has RGB (sorta) with a toggle. I made all the assets, effects, styling from basically scratch. Please let me know what I should add/change/remove. Thank you for subing to this wallpaper.
