Dynamically generated related links

Appeal to issue #2.

These related articles are chosen from the list of all articles with the similar topic. If this list has more than 3 articles, we have some random here. Moreover we often have links to articles from the future.

For example: this article was published on 6th February, 2019. It has related articles from 9, 11, 12, 19 and 28 February, that appears dynamically.

I have decided to create IV template without these links.
