What is it?
An AI-powered support assistant for Telegram with rich features. Some of its capabilities:
⭐️ AI responses (can be disabled for all or individual clients)
⭐️ Define custom prompts directly from the bot
⭐️ Mood analysis and redirecting unhappy clients to human agents
⭐️ A “Call a human” button for clients
⭐️ Human emulation mode — AI leaves no trace, mimics typing
⭐️ Role assignment for staff (support or admin)
This guide will show you how to install and start using the assistant in just 5 minutes — without leaving Telegram.
You don’t need hosting — the AI assistant runs directly on your bot.
Installation
Installation is done entirely via Telegram using the host bot @HostRoom_bot, which allows you to deploy bots without hosting — quickly and easily.

Step-by-step installation with images is shown in the HostRoom guide, using the AI assistant as an example. The whole process takes just 5 minutes.
If you run into any issues, message our support chat: @QubsDev_bot
Let’s explore the assistant’s features. It’s already running, and it automatically recognizes you as the admin (the bot identifies its creator).
But currently the AI doesn’t know anything about your product or business. Let’s set up support for a lightsaber store 😊

Adding Custom Prompts
A prompt is an instruction for the AI — just plain text. Prompts define how the AI should respond to different questions.
Adding your own prompts is easy: Go to Administration → AI Prompts, then select Add Prompt to create a new one.
In the test version, you can add up to 6 prompts, each up to 2500 characters. All prompts work together simultaneously.
Let’s add two example prompts:
You are Master Yoda — a sales consultant for lightsabers on Tatooine. Speak and think like Yoda. Sell the best sabers in the galaxy!
and
Prices:
- Real Jedi plasma saber: 200,000 credits
- Test glass saber: 1,000 credits

Now test it: send a message to the bot from a different account (since you're the admin, you'll need a separate user to test). Here's how it might look:

You'll notice a Call a human button under the AI’s response — users can use it to bypass the AI.
As an admin, you’ll see the conversation like this:

From this screen, you can:
- Enable/disable AI for this specific user (won’t affect others)
- Reply as a human operator
AI Settings
Go to Administration → Configuration to modify AI behavior.

Available modes:
- AI MODE – globally enables/disables the AI
- HUMAN MODE – removes all AI traces: no “call human” button, shows typing, delays responses, hides robot icon. To fully mimic a human, make sure your prompts define the assistant as a person.
- AUTO REPLY – enables message delivery notifications
- MOOD – enables mood detection in user messages
- REDIRECT – if mood detection is on, enabling this will redirect unhappy users to a human instead of replying. AI will be disabled for that user until manually re-enabled. This is an experimental feature.
Mood Detection & Redirecting Dissatisfied Clients
The operator sees the user’s mood (if enabled) as color indicators in chat history.

В примере выше видно, как индикатор настроения клиента упал из-за долгой доставки и он требует возврата денег.
In this example, the client’s mood dropped due to delayed delivery and a refund request.
If redirection is enabled, the AI will stop responding and hand off the conversation to a human. AI will be disabled for this user until manually turned back on.

Here’s how it looks from the user’s side:

⚠️ This is an experimental feature and might not work consistently yet. We're improving it.
Assigning Support Agents and Admins
Go to Administration → Manage Support Agents. Here you can assign new support agents and admins. The interface is straightforward.

To assign someone as support/admin, they must first start the bot. Then, after being assigned, they must run /start again to access the control panel.
Support agents can only reply to users — they don’t have admin permissions.
