There have been lots of exciting photos and videos released so far from the set of Secret Invasion . The project will be a new Disney Plus series that will adapt one of the most interesting and fan-favorite storylines from the comics, pieces of which have been teased throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the last few years. With these pieces finally coming together, fans are hyped to see what Marvel has up their sleeve. Now some new images have surfaced, which show two major MCU characters coming together on the set of Secret Invasion .
The images were shared via Twitter user @SInvasionNews, which shows actor Ben Mendelsohn alongside Cobie Smulders. It’s further worth noting that the two aren’t just filming separate scenes as previous images revealed. This time they are both very much interacting with one another in character – and that could mean a lot for the highly anticipated Disney Plus series .

While Ben Mendelsohn is once again playing the Skrull Talos, it’s clear that he’s going to be in his human form during these scenes. Meanwhile, actress Cobie Smulders is either playing Maria Hill – or possibly even Talos’ Skrull wife Soren. In any case, they both appear to be looking human for whatever this scene will be.
It’s fitting, however, that it’s hard to determine who could be playing a Skrull, human, or who is simply in their human form. Specifically, because, Secret Invasion itself will operate similarly – with many fans learning how many MCU characters have actually been Skrulls all along. As such, fans might very well have to put their thinking caps on for this one. With these set photos being released, at least fans will have a head start to try and put the puzzle together.
It’s become expected that the Secret Invasion series will most likely premiere on Disney Plus sometime in 2023.

When the guard in the military hospital gasps into his radio, "you'll never believe what I'm looking at!", it's a pretty good approximation of how most of us, male and female alike, will react to the sight of Mathilda May in Lifeforce.
The infamously ludicrous Cannon Films sci-fi horror epic pretty much put the last nail in the coffin of the once-esteemed director Tobe Hooper's mainstream career. But for all the things it gets wrong, Lifeforce got one thing very right indeed, and that's the casting of its central interstellar seductress.
As might be ascertained from the title of the Colin Wilson novel on which it's based (The Space Vampires), the film casts May as an undead alien who comes to Earth to feed on the life energy of human beings, and makes her job that bit easier by taking the form of a beautiful young woman with a severe aversion to clothing. While she's only on screen maybe 20 minutes, and the film is bursting with all manner of lavish special effects and histrionic performances, Mathilda May's scenes are the principle thing that keep Lifeforce memorable more than 30 years on.
