The punishment shall be a prison sentence if the victim is less than sixteen years. The non-consent of the victim shall be presumed if he is less than fourteen years. Article 347 [s amended by LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 7 OF 1985] A prison sentence shall be the punishment for anyone who assaults a person who is more than fourteen years but less than twenty-one years, with his consent.
