With proper diet and light exercise, if previously full body detoxification
I took these a few years back and they are very effective with a good diet and exercise. I hope they havent changed the formula from years ago.
Been using this product for a while. It works well for helping me in my fitness regime.

Ok so I took Censor back in 2004-2006, as part of a GNC supplement program that included it in the regimen. I lost 100 lbs over a 2 year period, combining exercise, diet and the supplements, going from 220 lbs to 120 lbs. I also bought the Censor separately after stopping the program and noticed that when I took the Censor, the fat seemed to just continue to melt off my hips and backside, I took 3 in the a.m. and 2 at night, which is still basically the recommended dosage, (2 softgels up to 3 times daily it says on the bottle). Welllll now I am older, have had another child since the original time I took it, and am carrying some extra lbs., so I bought this product to go along with my diet and exercise plan I am on. (No other supplements or programs this time). I measured my hips and waist and bust before taking this, and then took it daily for 5 weeks. I never cheated on my diet and worked out every day. When I measured again after 5 weeks, I had actually gained inches instead of lost them in those areas. I don’t know what else to attribute that fact to but this supplement, because I was doing everything right. If you are looking for a miracle in a bottle, I would encourage you to just work out and eat right, this product did not work for me.

Hello all. First of all, I am not a hardcore bodybuilder, but do work out, and my frame makes folks think I am. I am in my mid fourties and have a bit of a gut. I have had the 6 pack back in the day, and to be honest, I have been a bit lazy in my diet. I know the undeniable rule of "burn more calories than you take in" to lose weight" and drink tons o' water. I know there is no magic pill out there, and over 20 years I have taken, (I think), just about every type of supplement. I am looking to trim down for summer, so I went to GNC for just some pre-workout powder. (How many times have we all said that?)
When I got to the store, 2 women were just in front of me in the parking lot and went in just before me. When got into the store, the 2 women went straight for the Censor Tonalin CLA bottles. I looked at them and neither were overweight. There was also a guy in the store and a woman about to check out. The sales kid was telling the 2 women "they came in yesterday". The both grabbed a couple of bottles each of the Censor pills and headed for the counter. The woman that was ready to check out had 2 bottles a well. I went and looked at the bottle and thought "what is it with this stuff? It is just CLA." I have taken supplements with CLA's in them and know what they are. After they left, I asked the kid what was so great about that stuff. He told me "man, we cannot keep it in stock. It is the best selling product at this store for fat loss." I thought "what about Hydroxycut, or any of the thermogenics?" He told me he has never had a return for this product and then told me that the shipment that came in yesterday and there was only one bottle left.
Now I have heard this speech before, usually when GNC needs to dump product. So I said "how much?" Then I noticed the sign and it said $49.00. He said, "look.
