Twenty-six "half hours", which are fifty-two 11-minute episodes, were in production in 2019 for season one. [1] The opening sequence for season one was storyboarded by Heejung Lim.

Lauren Faust , the series's executive producer, wrote on Twitter that "episode 12 should be episode 5, and hold off on episode 9 until after the next batch of 13" [episode 14 to 26]. [11]
The episodes Ally Cat parts 1 and 2, Retreat , Dinner for Five , and Living the Nightmare are numbered 39, 40, 31, 45, and 32 respectively on a March 4, 2020 press release from Cartoon Network. The episodes League of Shadows parts 1 and 2 and Awesome Aunt Antiope are numbered 35, 36, and 30 in a tweet by Lauren Faust. [12]
Toyman abducts Garth and shoots a gold kryptonite rocket at Supergirl which temporarily takes away her superpowers.
Babs 's dad James Gordon joins Metropolis High School as a substitute teacher.
Hippolyta visits Metropolis and takes a liking to Kara , which makes Diana envious.
Hal Jordan helps Pam Isley get the plant that her father created back from Mr Chapin .
Karen uses a machine that unintentionally shrinks her to dangerously small sizes, and Diana is the only person who can help her undo the shrinking.
Jessica compromises her integrity in her campaign for class president while running against Oswald Cobblepot .
Supergirl helps the Blue Beetle , a fledgeling superhero, defeat Livewire .
Promotional copy: "Zee worries that Zatara is lonely and volunteers to play matchmaker for her dad. But when her meddlesome match-making accidentally sets her dad up with an old enemy, Zee must find a way to fix the mess she made!"
The Super Hero Girls are featured in two crossovers in the show Teen Titans GO! , which are Superhero Feud and Space House . A third crossover, Mayhem in the Multiverse , is scheduled to be released on May 24, 2022.

The team soon encounters Lena Luthor who is destroying teen hangouts in an effort to keep teens occupied with virtual reality goggles so young kids can take over Metropolis.
