Ingredients


- 2 carrots


- 2 sweet potatoes


- Oregano to taste


- Olive oil to taste


- Salt and ground black pepper to taste


First, you must wash the carrots and potatoes thoroughly. Then dry them and cut them into very thin slices (ideally you don't discard the skins to gain nutritionally). Arrange the ingredients in a bowl, add all the spices (olive oil, oregano, pepper and salt) and mix well.


Transfer everything to a greased baking sheet with a little oil (keeping the chips well apart) and then bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 40 minutes, remembering to stir the chips in half the time. If you think it's necessary, you can leave the chips to bake even longer, until they are more golden and crunchy.
