Hello, My bf and I were trying to have sex and we did use a condom. As he was trying to put it in we realized he couldn't fit so we stopped condombut when he pulled out the tip of his penis and he still had a condom on but a clear liquid was on the outside of the condom. Now we did use a lubracted condom and we did a little bit of foreplay before he put the tip of his penis in. We did checked the condom twice to see if if it broke by filling it with water and it didn't leak. Is it possible the clear liquid came from me?
The substance was just you being wet. That was not him, it was you.
It's possible the fluid came from you. You release some clear fluid if you're sexually stimulated enough. When you say your bf didn't "fit", it was probably because you weren't stimulated enough to produce the fluid that lubricates and helps him enter you smoothly. Your vagina WILL expand to accommodate his size if you're really interested in having sex (turned on). Remember you're made to have babies and that is a much bigger expansion of your vagina. It might take a few minutes, especially if you're worrying about something like getting pregnant.
If this is your 1st time, you may have the hymen to break through and that would make it harder for him to enter. A male has seminal fluid with sperm "leaking" out of his penis before ejaculation. You could become pregnant without an ejaculation, but the possibility is much lower than if he does ejaculate. I hope the condom was on at all times his penis was entering your vagina. That's the best way to be sure you don't get pregnant.
Checking the condom for leaks with water is pretty creative. I guess you know they fail as much as 20%. The other failures would be if it came off, which you've mentioned, and if it developed a small tear or break during sex.
You sound very concerned about getting pregnant. May I suggest a 100% effective way... to not be sexually active and still have a bf. If everything else about your relationship is > or = 90% right, if he can enjoy being with you without sex, then he's a keeper. You'll know it's YOU he's interested in vs. sex. And that feels soooo good!
The condom did stay on the whole time his penis was entering my vagina, and yes it was my first time doing that and will be the last time doing that. So it's safe to assume that came from me? I did not know woman can produce fluid to.
Oh yes. Nature ( for me that's God) takes care of the abrasion problem with both M and Fe mostly dry skin rubbing against each other so vigorously. You secrete fluid IF sexually aroused to help lubricate your skin. It's not unusual for that to be enough and many people use an extra lubricant.
I'm so glad you won't be doing this again. The risk of pregnancy is always a concern. I myself took this risk and got pregnant at 17 yrs. My husband was older and we got married and will celebrate 41 yrs. of marriage this month. That's NOT what usually happens. My girlfriend had the same thing happen but they both married at 16 yrs. and it didn't last. That's more the usual or the woman raises the child on her own. I don't want you to be pregnant if you're not ready. Take care!
Oops, I meant to say "it's not unusual for it to NOT be enough... "
You're welcome. I wish you all the best.
Its not just possible it is probably from you. You are safe.

Could I be pregnant? I had sex. He used a condom correctly, and pulled out. He even held onto the condom before he pulled out so it wouldn’t slip off. He ejaculated outside of me. We checked if there were any holes or tears and there were none.

Something went wrong. Wait a moment and try again.
All that is required is that some of the ejaculate ends up in a vagina.
This can happen if the condom leaks… which can happen if there are holes in it, or if it is loose fitting (ie if he does not pull out right away, and goes soft inside her vagina).
The condom can slip … even slip off if the wrong size (it strokes his ego to use the XXXL condoms, but not always practical) or over-lubed.
You write: “I just lost my virginity, and I finished inside my girlfriend and when I pulled out the condom was bunched up a little bit at the bottom. The base ring was still full

From the above, it sounds like slippage. If you are worried, talk to her about your concern. She may be prepared to take a pregnancy test you pay for in order to ease your mind. At this stage, we are talking about treating your anxiety more than anything. If she is not concerned, then she should be able to give you good reason not to be concerned yourself… ie did she use some other form of contraception she has not told you about?
Anxiety after your first sex is common… focus on the nice feelings.
Experiment with different brands of condom … some lube on the skin before the condom is applied improves sensation… but can make it slip or bunch up about the glans (look these words up), so also wipe excess lube off before putting the condom on. Make sure the whole thing unrolls all the way (to the brand name and serial number x> ) … you may have to pull the skin of your penis forward to do this.
If you don’t use the condom, then it won’t stop pregnancy. Should go without saying but some people……
People do sometimes take steps to circumvent the effectiveness of the condom… ie turkey-baster method.
However, this is an odds game: if a woman has had multiple sex partners and gets pregnant, then she can probably rule out the ones where a condom was used and check the others first.
When properly used, a condom is 98% safe. However, many people don’t use it correctly or even reuse condoms over and over again making the effectiveness of a condom as low as 80%.
One common mistake is that someone left no space for the semen inside the condom. So, when you ejaculate, the sperm can’t collect in this spare room and thus gets squished around the side of the penis or is just kept inside. Both would make it more likely that the semen can still escape and if it somehow manages to get inside the vagina, then you might become a daddy. ;-)

Still, a woman only has about 25% chance of getting pregnant per month. Multiply this with the 80% of handling the condom badly and the chance that you filled her up is still very low.
