Doing some quick research on WeedMaps, I discovered this place and decided that there was nothing to lose considering all the good reviews. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Shay and Melanie who were very accommodating and professional. Shay gave me on a great tour of the selection and was very informative about the products that were available. She was very patient and understanding about what I was looking for and did not rush me at all. Melanie's service was excellent throughout my checkout process as well. I highly recommend you come here, the girls are not only cute but knowledgeable and they have great deals on quality products. I went to this place a lot before it changed ownership. I gotta say I liked it better under the old ownership. They used to take debit cards and orders were filled after you ordered it. Now you get a glass jar and hope that you're getting. The staff kind of seemed like they wanted to hurry people out the door. It's usefulif you don't want to go to some of the other non-legit dispensaries in the area. Awesome place! Coming from Texas, you should totally visit!! Awesome selection, great bud! Totally recommend. Come here all the time for my pre rolls and edibles. Always get the best costumer service. They are the best here. All the employees here are super helpful and friendly. The prices are fair, and this is the location I always come to to pick up cartridges. I came here cause my old connect got shut down by the feds. I make it sound like I'm a seasoned pro to weed. This was actually my 2nd time buying weed when, yes, the 1st place I bought it from was raided and shutdown. Their parking is ample. You're also in the cut and the fence is secluded and blocked off so you're away from prying eyes. I came here, checked in, waited a bit social distancing and what-not and was allowed into the candy shop. The girl who helped out was nice and took her time. Although I'm not young nor old, it can sound like I'm a 16 year old virgin in HS when I try and ask questions about weed imagine a HS kid who just had a girl expose her amazing breasts and you're kinda confused as to what to do so you kinda just have a mini-heart attack. But the girl behind the counter took her time, didn't rush this sounds like a weird sexual experience now she went through different strains with me and didn't seem bothered that I really seemed like a kid in the candy store after awhile asking about various strains, etc. She even opened a few jars and had me breathe some strains in. To this day, weed smells the damn same to me. It smells like skunks having sex. But this place and the product does the trick. If anyone wants free amateur weed advice or courageous words to go to a place like this. Let me know. No homo. My go to stop for all my cannabis needs! I love that all their weed is organic and they have a wide selection, even merch! Edibles, pipes, I even saw a gas mask. All the budtenders are super friendly and always cheerful! Security is dope too! Shoutout to JoJo she's always my favorite tender she knows her stuff!! Good Selections , the bud tenders are well organized , you feel welcomed when arriving , And you gotta love the facility looks great. Hands down one of the best shops I've been to. They have quick registration and massive selection to choose from -- thanks staff! This is the third time I have been here and they are consistent with great customer service. And since I am a lightweight when it comes to this stuff, they answer all my questions well. I will be back again. Very very disappointed in the service that i received today. Bought a stiiizy pod only to get to my car and open it to see that the color of the liquid on the top portion of the pod was a very dark brown color and then it faded to the regular gold color. I have never seen a color discoloration like that before so i went back in to get it exchanged. I really didn't think it was going to be a problem. But the guy that sold it to me said they can only exchange it if it didn't work, if it was broken. So i went out to my car to try it and it tasted really burnt and since it works i couldn't get it exchanged. This all happened within minutes, i didn't come back next day, i didn't even leave the parking lot. I come to this store if not everyday, every other day and I'm sure my visits are recorded. But now i will be going elsewhere to get what i need, everybody has the product, just need to find one with customer service. Good weed. Good vibes. There's parking. There's an atm inside also. I have been to multiple dispensaries throughout my life and this is by far the cleanest, friendliest, dispensary I have been to. The quality of the product is even better. No matter what I have ever purchased from this business, the quality has always been exceptional. It's also nice because every so often you see the owner showing his face and saying hello to people. The only reason why I know about this place is by word of mouth and my boyfriend is going through a slip disc and fractured tailbone. My boyfriend does not like the feel of THC and would rather have the CBD since its more for healing and a body relaxer. I have only been to this location 3 times and the first 2 times were cool and I got everything I needed and more, lets say the third time I would have to say was the worst customer service and experience I have ever encountered. So I had to drive back up there to let them know it was expired and try to grab another one since we were not able to use it. When I walked up I told the receptionist my problem she told me to go ahead through and I was met by a gentleman named 'Ty'. I told him my E-stick was expired and he goes 'Okay, well you know its not food so it does not expire right? At that moment he became very agitated with me about what I said about the expiration. He then said 'there's no problem but just know it doesn't expire and I will give you a refund. I felt I was being rushed to get in and out. At the end of the day the customers you send away is that customer who will tell the next person about their experience and will find business elsewhere. One bad apple can make their team, owners, and establishment look bad. Probably the best dispensary in the South Bay.. Pricing is a little better than most shops in LA. Saint is the perfect medical indica with cbd. It got me through my total knee replacement and recovery with minimal prescription narcotic. I first got turned on to Stone Age because I was looking for clones. I like to grow the plants -- they are quite beautiful and engaging -- and sometimes seeds just dont work out or too many seedlings go dark-side and turn out to be males. The staff is very helpful and go the extra mile for you. They are ready to engage with you on the phone or you can shop online or in person. There are a few advantages and a disadvantage, and I will list them here. Advantages:Product selection. Stone Age offers a very wide array of products serving all budgets and preferences. Personally, I like them for their clones. The dispensary is well-organized and has plenty of service staff. They're very friendly. Product knowledge: Each person I have spoken with knows their product and can talk about the production and composition of anything that I have asked about. Clones: I like their clones, and I like that the staff knows about the clones. Details matter. Prices: Prices are good and competitive. Specials: They offer daily specials, so long as you sign up for their text service and show the day's text when you come. The diversity of customers and staff: It's like a rainbow coalition in there, and I like that. If you have been there once, no problem. But getting there the first time is a bit of a challenge because of the location. If you're coming from the West, you can't legally turn left without going to the gas station yards ahead and making a U-turn. If you're coming from the Northbound 10 and you exit Rosecrans, you can't legally go straight into their parking area. You need to turn right and then make a U-turn where legally possible. So the only legal access route is from the East, on Rosecrans. Just pay attention the first time and you'll be set for the next time. It's worth it. Great place to get medicine. Deals are amazing. I find this very shady and unprofessional. I will probably have to go to another company if they don't answer my email soon. Most legit companies pride themselves in giving out all this information. UPDATE: Owner of the store in Gardena replied but it seems their flower is not really tested by legit companies cuz she didn't give me the test company names, the information on where to read the full test results, and unbelievably, she has no idea how the grower grows the flower she is selling to everyone. This is pitiful. I'm not buying their flower anymore. Who knows if it has pesticides, mold or other harmful substances. I just talked to the Maven Genetics company and they emailed me right away in just a few minutes with all the information I needed. That's the way the Stone Age Farmacy company should be. One example of this is as you can see in the picture below I bought three joints and they were all different sizes. So they ripped me off. She opened the box to show me how much to fill the dropper for my first dose. She then said that she would give me an unopened box. I told her it was unnecessary, as I was going to purchase it anyway, but she insisted. She left my sight with the bag then returned to the counter and stapled the contents which included a glass-cased 'house' joint. I decided to check the bag when I was stopped at a traffic light about a mile from the store and found that the CBD oil was not there! I immediately returned to the store. JoJo insisted that I left with the oil. The floor supervisor called who apparently was the 'big boss' from the back, who heard both sides of the story and gladly gave me what I purchased without any further hassle. Hopefully, the fact that I am taking the time to post this review will eliminate from the readers' mind the latter. I thank the manager for believing me. Wonderful people, were super nice to a first timer who had a lot of DUMB questions. The lady at the front desk saw that I was a newbie and walked me to where the action was. She paired me up with Trisha, the manager, who held my hand through the whole thing. I felt educated and comfortable. I'm not sure what their busy time of day is, but there were lots of folks in there, but Trisha didn't seem rushed or busy. I felt I received a good value for my donation. Even though it's not too close for me, I will definitely go back. Really wonderful folks. I can't recommend highly enough. I simply love the customer service and the knowledge the whole staff has. I truly want management, to recognize 'Trisha'. When I walk in I ask for her specifically. Trisha has taken the time to explain how different products there to me and has taken the time to ask what my injuries are. I explained my chronic pain to her. Since I do not smoke. She took the time to explain which edible would work best for me and how I can bake brownies with a certain potency, to help me with my pain. I do not know Trisha personally; I can say she is a very nice lady, that cares about her customers and it shows. God Bless you Trisha for everything. I actually look forward when I need to go.
