The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge. I would definitely recommend KLM. Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated. Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case. Upgrade to business was great. The crew was nice. Disembarkation in Bucharest was very slow through the rear door to a bus to get to the terminal. The business lounge was not clean with bugs running on the floor. No food and entertainment from Bucharest to London. Poor service! Water need to be free and a little snack for 3. Tarom company need to take lessons from Turkish Airlines. There was extreme turbulence for minutes a bit after takeoff, which of course is no one's fault. This was a short regional flight with no amenities except water. Departure and arrival wete close ro on-time. The Suceava airport is very small but pleasant and efficient. My baggage all the way from Washington DC, checked through Paris and Bucharest, arrived without a hitch. This experience was atypical. The flight left three hours late because of engine technical issues, which meant a very long wait. Unrealistic announcements made it worse by discoursgong leavimg for water, reatrrom, etc. But the crew did its best and apart from the delay, it was not a bad flight. Good entertainment and drink service. In the end, I made my connection anyway. Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late due to tight schedule on Wizz side. When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered. The border control opens at so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable. Squeezed into a small Departure Lounge with very few seats. Noisy flight with screaming unruly kids. Loud IPads and Phones. Were delayed in the airport for 5 hours with no explanation. Flight kept getting delayed by an hour at a time and wizz air staff were no where to be found. The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline. Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding. To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway from gate to aircraft for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.
